Do not trust them to secure your home, they left our home open multiple times, they left their lock box open more then once, they left 3 of our windows wide open during the 100 degree weather causing our entire AC system to freeze up and putting our home at risk of being damaged by anyone walking by. They over charged us for things like moving a washer and dryer in and out, they charged us over $160.00 for the washer and over $160.00 for the dryer... We NEVER had a washer and dryer in there they were moved out months before they even touched it. They also charged us for moving a microwave that they never touched and only when i complained multiple times did they finally take that charge off. They charged us for putting in a kitchen faucet that I myself put in and they never touched but they were ok with taking our money for it without ever even checking if it was done or not. The project manager was never on site did not check anything and never had an update for us until I left them a bad review, after they lied about what was complete at the house and had ignored all communications with us for over 3 weeks, then when they realized that they had it all wrong and all the work done was trash they were supposed to give us credit for the wrong cabinets and our huge loss that we were taking because they were wasting time and not getting our house done. This was supposed to be over $1,500.00 in credit and then their office manager decided that we did not deserve that amount and change it to just over $100.00 . We have paid well over $30,000.00 for these repairs and lost at least $25,000.00 in lost income and wages for people to clean up the site after them they left it completely trashed and when asked they told us they don't charge for cleaning and so they do not do any?? Well they charged us over $500.00 to clean even though I had to pay someone to scrape out everything they left and then pay my cleaners 2 times because they came in after they had cleaned the 1st time and left a mess. The kicker is the office manager is such a liar that she claims their company left our place spot less they took pics after my cleaners and called it theirs. They never even told us the job was complete, they of course lied and stated they called and left messages which we never received, they just sent an invoice that reflected a bunch of things they did not do or they price gouged us on if they did do the work, over $600.00 for 3ft by 6ft piece of vinyl and over $200.00 for 3 2.5ft strips of stair metal and that is just the material not including being installed.. Mind you our ENTIRE family has worked construction in this Valley for over 50 yrs, we know what material cost. Wow if you like your money to go for things legit find another company.. I could make this over 10 pages with the horror that we have gone through in the last 7 months but we have wasted enough of our time and money on this unethical, immoral, lying overcharging company that has more bad reviews that all say they same thing... not that many people lie and make up the same story over and over again. But they wouldn't even have a final meeting with us over this ridiculous bill just threated to lien our house if I did not pay them immediately...Even though they owe us over $2,000.00 for charging for things we never received, maybe we should have waited over 7 months to give them their final payment that we over paid. Unethical Company and VERY unethical office staff never delt with worse.

They have always been great, but this time, Carson went above and beyond for us. First of all, my #1 thing for anyone coming into our home, he was friendly, understanding, and respectful of our pets, making sure doors were closed so the cats couldn't get out. Then, he not only did everything he needed to get the job done, but he also made sure our house was a home again. He re-hung the shower curtain rod, put the above-the-toilet shelving unit back behind the toilet, replaced the toilet paper holder, moved the stacking washer/dryer to vacuum up drywall that fell behind it, moved it back so I could put my skinny shelves back on the side of the w/d, made a little box to hide a pipe in the closet, fixed a couple of paint issues (someone else's job), cleaned up paint and drywall mud that someone else left, rehung the door, and then cleaned up the garage so you wouldn't even know all the mess that was in there. I hope I never need a restoration job done again, but if we do, we are calling Retro and asking them to send Carson over.

When we got back I call these guys, they came in and removed all the water damage and took care of business in no time, yes we had to wait 3 days to make sure everything was dry. But it was worth it.
