Tried to use them 3 times. First time was a good job. Second time, windows were ok, and a personal item was broken. They provided some compensation for the broken item. After the second visit, I get badgered regularly with communications to refer business or rate their service. Called on 3/11 to schedule an appointment for 4/1. Scheduler confirmed the time/date and said "not an April's Fool joke", so I know they got the date correct. No communication whatsoever, so I call the morning of the cleaning (4/1). They require you to revalidate about 5-6 pieces of information before they will answer your question, despite the fact that I did this 3 weeks earlier. They said a technician would call me, and they never did after 1 1/2 hours. Called again, and they said a technician would call me. Half hour later, still no call. No resolution, so I have moved on. Schedule with Blue Gander now. Failed to show, no communication, and somewhat laborious to work with. Doesn't meet my standards or a company that I would hire. read more

TL;DR - 10/10 Great Service, Great Results! Wow, I had no idea how awesome this would be! I saw posted on a local Facebook group someone asking about window cleaning. I thought, "Hmmmmm... it would be super nice to see out the huge living room window!" I went to their website, and I saw I could also have the team clean my gutters and wash the house. Bonus! I arranged to have the windows cleaned, the gutters cleaned, and the house washed. Booking the service was incredibly easy. They have a great site that is easy to navigate, and I was able to decide exactly what services I wanted and get a quote quickly. The team has a person who manages texting, and I texted back and forth with them to verify everything and get everything arranged. For a person that hates the phone, this was fantastic! The whole team was quick to respond, and they were very flexible with working around my crazy schedule. The team arrived early, which was fine, and they did text me beforehand to ensure that there wasn't a conflict. The team was at my house about 2 1/2 hours to perform the work. Since I work from home, I was able to watch the process. Before they began, we walked the house and talked about all the things that they need to know about, like the security cameras and things parked near the walls of the home. They were very careful to work around everything. The team meticulously scrubbed the house. This wasn't just some high pressure wash going on here, oh no. The team hand scrubbed all the windows, washed out all the sills and the screens, and then rinsed it all down. Hand washed! My house! Amazing. The final result is off the hook great! The gutters are immaculate and all that debris from fall and spring is GONE. The house shines as if the siding is brand new. And the windows? Crystal clear! They carefully hand scrubbed all that nasty hard water off my windows and the windows look as if they were just installed. The price is very cheap for the quality of service! I can't believe I didn't do this sooner, and I am so glad to have found Poor Man Window Cleaning, because I am going to make sure they do this work every year. My house just shines. read more
