We have had our upholstery and area rugs cleaned twice previously - both with terrible results. The first company who came left the rugs so wet that they mildewed, damaged our hardwoods and had to be thrown out. The second company left and you wouldn't have even known they had been there! The technician was late, not at all knowledgeable (company later said he was brand new AND that he had been fired) and extremely ineffective.
