We are extremely glad we did! They were right on time - which is a big plus for my ex military timely husband. We felt that the workers were very focused and conscientious. The men were mindful of wearing masks and booties. They also cleaned our screens and re-installed them. Really nice job in doing so. Had an appointment with these guys, when they were 30 mins late I called to confirm my appointment time, I was correct and was told he just finished his last job 15 mins ago and he should be here soon. I called with a request for cleaning my windows within an 8-day period. I was told they were all booked but that they often have a cancellation of a service from one of the regular customers due to circumstances. She mentioned she would have someone come the next day to give me an estimate. A little later I got a call that Greg was close by and that he could come and give me a quote - very polite, kind and prompt. The next morning I was gone for quite a while and received several calls from the office stating they could come that day to clean my windows, both inside and out. Very customer service orientated! Canceled my first service due to rain in the forecast right before they came and they were very understanding. Ended up raining the night after our re-schedule and did not get the chance to call within the touch up time frame, but they came back out and fixed without any hesitation or hassle.
