I have used Qnique blinds with Phil and recommended them to friends for years. Phil retired last year and my experience since then has been awful. Phil was the best!! We NEVER had an issue and I could send him a text telling him what I needed and he made it happen. He as honest and a pleasure to work with. Eva has taken over and she is the sheer opposite. She has been coming out to fix 2 electric blinds since Dec 1,2025. She has every excuse in the books and can't remember what excuse she used last. She has been coming in a week or two for months. I have been nice, kind, understanding and patient with her until today. She was going to call me right back and 30 minutes later no call and I'm sure I won't get one. I don't write negative reviews for businesses but this one deserves people knowing what will happen if they do business with her. I also tried to order more blinds and she doubled the price. I nicely questioned the price change and she had a lame answer. I spoke with one of the other employees and it was clear I wasn't the first unhappy old customer. read more

They were 5 stars 7 years ago. In November I called and scheduled an appt. We rescheduled and the tech came out and measured our windows. He said he would come out with samples and never showed up. I left a message at the business after a few weeks. Never received a return call. Very disappointing. read more

I had some string ladders replaced on my venetian blinds.  I took it into their shop on Monday and on Wednesday morning they called me and said it was repaired and ready to pick up.  This was very prompt service.  I put the blinds back up and they work perfectly now.  I am very pleased! We also purchased a couple motorized shades from Unique Blinds a year ago and we love these shades.  They came to our home and told us about all the options, styles, and colors.  We were told about all the advantages and disadvantages of each option.  We selected what we liked the best and they measured the windows.  When the shades arrived they set up a convenient time to install them.  They adjusted the shades and set up the remote so all we do is push a button to raise and lower the shades.  These shades are a great product. We have been very pleased customers and we will go nowhere else for service and products. read more

I was happy with my purchase and installation of my blinds and window coverings 3 years ago! I love the customer service they have provided since then. My kid broke a part off the blind wand and I emailed Phil to see if I could get this fixed. He replied right away and got me on the schedule as soon as he was available. He came out and fixed the part and showed me what to do in case it happen again! Now I'm replacing the windows and wanted to see if they could come out to detach and reset two of my window coverings so the window installers could replace the windows. Unique blinds are the best! The previously people I used to clean my older Hunter Douglass blinds, broke the end cap when they were putting them back up. They still worked but not correctly. This time I took my blinds to unique blinds for cleaning. They not only cleaned them but found an end cap to fix the blinds. They work great now. I'll never go any where else. Jane read more

Competent and honest. They repaired my blinds that were installed between the panes of glass in my patio door. The door was made by Pella and Pella wanted about $ 1,300 to replace the blind. Unique was able to do the job for less than $100. I would not hesitate to use them for my household window covering needs. read more

I ordered top-down, bottom-up blinds from another company over the internet. I incorrectly measured the width, so the blinds were too wide for my window. Unique Blinds was able to cut down another manufacturer's blinds by one-half inch, which saved me the cost of returning the blinds and/or reordering them. I am so grateful for this service! These people run their business from a phone, a small warehouse that is not open to the public and a well-equipped, professional van. They come to you! (Not having to pay overhead on a store SAVES YOU MONEY!) But they're stable- they've been there a long time. They have installed and repaired mini-blinds for my mom twice. They couldn't be nicer, friendlier or more reasonably priced. They are on time, FAST, very experienced and really know their business. They do have a showroom open to the public. It's closed from 1-2, for lunch. I stopped in the other day. The woman there was quite friendly and helpful. They have a good selection. They must be pretty busy because I couldn't get an in-home consultation for two weeks. My rating is for the good customer service. I haven't yet received a quote or made a purchase. read more
