Amy came out to do our initial estimate. She was nice and efficient and gave us what we felt was a very reasonable price. We would have to wait about three weeks for the blinds to come in after ordering. We were OK with that. We got a call yesterday from Mark, the owner, that our blinds were in and he was able to schedule the installation for today, which was very nice. I did not get the name of the actuall technician and his assistant but they were very good and it only took about an hour to install about 9 sets of faux-wood blinds. We are very pleased with the final result. Just a heads up when ordering blinds: make sure you know on which side of the blind you want the wand. And let the person giving you the estimate know.

Went back to see if there was anything else that would work, found a good match. But they had trouble matching the vendors for the other 2 layers in being able to have 1 house make it all. There's an insulating layer and and underside layer. No, we don't have 40' ceilings, the length was 8' on all. 2 weeks after measuring everything, they said they couldn't figure out just how to make the fabric overlap (keeping out light), but in the same sentence kept telling me they "do these all the time." Whaaaa? I asked them to please explain, got nowhere. 6-8 calls/visits to the store to get updates, because it was set up by their "marketing expert from Dallas", who promptly left and flew home leaving me with no bid. Ridiculously unprofessional. They left really young, inexperienced people there in the store alone all day to handle everything, not their faults. I felt bad for them. Don't waste your time on these knuckleheads! A month wasted when a noisy subdivision is quickly being built right behind our fence, and we'd like some privacy and to be able to sleep.

They did not offer me a color choice on the top frame. When I received them, it was black, while the bottom piece was white. this clearly does not match. They claimed I ordered black. I said I was not given a choice. We went round and round. It looked ridiculous. They finally acquiesced after many discussions. I thought I would never use them again. Wrong. We did a small remodel and ended up needing to add a few more coverings in a room where they needed to match exactly. I reluctantly called again. They came. They forgot a small item at delivery and fixed with many calls (sounds familiar). Now 8 months later a chain has broken. It is "under warranty" but they are charging me $100 to "come out." I called twice and emailed once to even get this response. STAY away. They do NOT care about calling back, helping or making sure the order is to your satisfaction.
