Horrible business! Did a horrible job on my 87 yr old mother's house and when called and told of the deficiencies ( screens not done properly and 2 windows not done at all. Also tracks not wiped and left dusty ) owner promised to come back and redo. After waiting 4 weeks for Window Pros to return they were called again and asked when they were coming back. The owner, John Hamilton, got nasty right away and said there were deceptions from my mother and so he decided to "blow her off" his words! informed him I would be writing a review on yelp to let others know of his unprofessional behavior and business. Immediately he offered to come back to redo the windows and do them right. I agreed. After arriving 20 minutes late for the appointment, he came in the house and went into my bedroom. The first thing he said was " this window track has been wiped" I then showed him the build up of dust and dirt. He said "oh." I was irritated and said " let's not argue, just redo the job" . John exploded with the use of the f word and said " I'm sick of asshole customers, F--- You! I'm out of here so go ahead and write your review". He then walked into the living room where my elderly mother was reading a book and screamed at her " and F--- You too!" As he walked out of my door he was still screaming obscenitie. My next door neighbor was outside and asked what was going on because he was making a scene. I was so embarrassed. My mother was very upset because he was menacing and he really scared her. No professional would talk or act in such a manner but a emotionally unstable person would! read more
