Needless to say, we were anxious going into this due to all the stigma associated with contractors. While no renovations are without hiccups or surprises, Doron would always go above and beyond to make us happy and ensure he was on our side and had our best interest in mind. We found much comfort in his reassuring nature. He is one of the nicest, most polite, contractors you will ever work with. You'll end up with a quality job that falls within budget and timeframe. Amos was easy to collaborate with, his various crews always showed up on time did meticulous work with great attention to detail. I appreciated the efforts they made to keep things neat and organized during construction. The project included two full baths, two bedrooms a large kitchen and everything in between. Meeting her wasn't like meeting a new vendor, but more like gaining a new friend. We decided on Halina as she provided the most flexible option in terms of choosing our own materials, and she is extremely careful with giving a detailed quote so that the client can see the complete breakdown. Halina helped us with a full kitchen and bathroom renovation. We had a modern kitchen but hated the look. I showed her my Pinterest board which she immediately understood my vision. She brought in an amazing cabinet maker (millworker) who did fabulous custom cabinets for us. I am an avid baker and cook and wanted the small kitchen to be as functional as possible. Halina accommodated with bringing in the millworker who mapped out our entire space for maximum efficiency. This included pull out spice cabinets, utensil cabinets, toe kick and pull out trash bin. We had a custom color sprayed on the lower cabinets and they look and function beautifully; with soft closing drawers and inlay cabinet doors. The bathroom was definitely a complete overhaul. We did a bathtub to shower conversion with hexagon tile flooring, subway tile walls. Halina made sure that all the plumbing was good to go, and while this was a slightly difficult process for us to live without running water for a little bit, the end result is well worth it! We have a beautiful bathroom that makes me feel like I am at a resort every day. The tile work is very well done. As far as change orders, Halina doesn't start anything without asking us. We had a few things that we wanted to change that were on our part - and the prices were fairly reasonable. What we paid at the end was very close to what we were quoted in the beginning. Overall, we are extremely thrilled with our renovation from Aspiro Renovations. Halina's dedication to excellence and continued support is (she has helped us even after the renovation is over) is much appreciated.

I spoke with 6 or 7 contractors before, gratefully, finding Aspiro. Halina's bid was markedly below the other companies. Bringing a sophisticated design sense, and allowing me to choose and order my own materials was a winning partnership that saved money further and created a beautiful end result. Additionally, it should be highlighted that working with a woman contractor brought novel benefits, like attention to detail, emphasis on candid communication to quickly address issues, and a warm collaborative spirit. There was no loss of skill as Halina and her crew are extremely knowledgeable in all areas of construction, engineering and in the trades necessary for renovations. I highly recommend Aspiro for any project big to small--amazing results, at a fair price, while staying sane!
