Great service great work. Damian and Fabian came out to service my sliding door. The latch got jammed and would not lock/unlock. They did a great job fixing it and explained why or how that happens The company that originally installed the sliding doors is in SD, why the builder would use them so far away is beyond me. When I called, they wanted $$ for driving on top of their service fee. I called the manufacturer who does not service but got me in touch with their dealers and after 6 companies ABSI connected me to Window Crafters. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They emailed and scheduled time to come out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Couldn't be happier with their service and commitment to quality repair. Xavier & Chad came out to my home this morning & made adjustments to my Fleetwood sliding screen doors, which included trimming doors to appropriate size so they will open & close like they should. They also replaced a defective locking mechanism on my Fleetwood entry door that would not allow me to lock entry door without 3 or 4 attempts of opening & closing locking mechanism on door. Prices are beyond belief. When I got the estimate for replacing three hinges without labor they charged over $160 a piece, and wanted to charge $25 dollars to ship direct. It's a reflection of companies taking advantage of their customers. Very disappointed. I have bought these hinges for $50. read more

August 2024 With a newish home with multiple folding doors that are complex and sensitive. And a ton Of windows. I've needed rapid repair and seasoned expertise. In seven years of home ownership I've tried many window companies. To my disappointment. All are bad until I found window crafters. My window manufacturer suggested these guys. And they were incredible. Smart. On time. A huge team of personnel attended to every problem. They left and I noted one tiny screw of a 20 window job wasn't tight. (I'm particular ). Next day the team of them came back and tightened it up no fuss no miss. They are detail people too who stand by their work!!!! Have to say they know the mechanical tech better than any. The teams are hardworking and diligent. I know. I've built 7 homes. The supervisor James takes personal interest in each job and is helpful and hires great people. Friendly and hardworking. They may be good with sales and selection--but suck on service. I had a problem with water intrusion into the glass of my French doors. Came out to service my windows on 1/23/2020 and damaged the fiberglass frame on my main front window. There employee never mentioned anything and left. Later that day I noticed the window frame damage and immediately notified Window Crafters. I've spoken to supervisors there and have sent out letters with documentation wanting to get my window fixed. It's now 2/24/2021 and they have never responded to any of my communications. read more

Absolute criminals. When I called to have window repair done on my home they told me they would be sending somebody out on June 25. He also said he needed a credit card for $250 deposit for the work. On June 25 their technician came out and he informed me that he was only there to do a bid and not do the work. Due to the confusion he said that he would not be charging the $250 because he was already in the area. He took the measurements for the work that needs to be done and some additional work I was considering having them do. Three weeks later I still have not received a bid. However the $250 charge did go through on my credit card. I called them to inform them they charged me for a bid they never sent me. Also the fact that their technician said he would not be charge me a the $250. They will not refund my money, they have not sent me a bid, and now I had to take this up with visa to dispute the charge. read more

Outstanding work. Ernie Macias and team were easy to work with and very professional. When my large Fleetwood windows were broken in during a robbery, I needed the exact match for the damaged windows (so that all of the wall of glass on that side of the house looked identical). These guys worked with Fleetwood to ensure an exact match, and the price (albeit covered by insurance) was very reasonable. They also showed up on schedule, and went out of the way to vacuum up all of the bits of broken glass, inside and outside the house. Great work!! read more
