At the time, I left a page size file to be printed later (10 on glossy stock). They insisted on giving me a quote. Fine. I had two days to get something printed for a show, and waited that day and half the next for a response. Nada. So I sent an e-mail (I was in yesterday, got this printed, left that file) to inquire about pricing. It was a nice e-mail too, not finger-pointy by any means. Also re-stated the e-mail address and left an additional phone number. Crickets. Nothing. I have a small business and it's critical to me to whom I give work, because I can't afford to make a second or third choice. Plus I want the (vendor, shop, whatever) to actually want the work and/or value the customer. Do I have the wrong haircut? Did i go full-Tourettes and suppress it away afterwards? Not sure why such a simple request couldn't be fielded but I had to scramble for Option B at the last minute, and was unable to do some things I needed for the show. Will not come back here. I ordered forteen pieces with a art work and the owner shipped me blank shirts and hoodies and thought he could get away with charging me $30.50 for hoodies with no logo and single stitching! When I complained about what he did, he said he would refund me my money, minus the return shipping and a restocking fee of $25.00. If I returned my order that was incorrect in spite of his unscrupulous business tactics listed his website I would be out $75.00. This guy is a joke! The owner, Christian fast talked me but I will see to it that he does not rip off another potential customer! I asked for a sample shirt before I ordered 200 plus items and he said, "You must order 12 or more items." So I did thinking he had my logo for my daughter's new single recently released on Itunes so he knew the importance of my order. He shipped the shirts from his distributer in GA but again, ALL BLANK! I'd advise you NOT to waste your time or your money!
