I posted a comment on JIT's webpage and no one bothered to reach out. I wonder how many people that plumber has scammed out of significant money. Add another - as he was leaving, he remarked that we didn't have a pressure regulator on our incoming water line - I told him we did have one but we had it removed - and then he started low-key arguing with me saying he didn't see any evidence one ever existed. I remember when Justin had a small business and he was awesome. Be wary now, their plumber appear to have a reason to upsell as much as they can. Not the kind of plumber I want to deal with.

This review is long overdue. Paper Cliché is fantastic! I used the calligraphy services for my wedding invitations and had custom signage made for the ceremony. We chose a quote from one of our favorite songs for one sign and our initials for another, and had both framed to go with our steampunk theme. Absolutely beautiful work and we actually have the signage displayed in our bedroom with our wedding photos. Danielle was extremely professional and helped steer us in the right direction when we weren't quite sure what we were looking for. We loved the options of different fonts to choose from and it all turned out perfect. When it came time for the baby shower a year later, she did incredible custom sign work on an antique wooden headboard and footboard that went perfectly with our theme. We had planned a wedding for the mid summer and Danielle and Paper Cliche were set up to do all of our guest cards, but we had to put it all on hold for a few months. She was so professional when we had to push everything back and we had her do "wedding postponed" hand written envelopes to send to everyone a few months before the initial scheduled date. She did beautiful work on all of those and we re-set the date for early next year. We will absolutely be using her for the official date as well and, while we may have had to bump our ceremony back a bit, we are so glad that we had already begun to work with her and were able to send very classy and uniquely lettered envelopes to all of our loved ones informing them of the postponing. We already knew she came with high recommendations, but now that we've seen what she has done, we are very excited to see her work on the tables at reception next year.
