I have used Window Bright for over 10 years. Towards the end of the service at our last home, they broke a couple of my screens, never said a word, but in "moving mode" I let it go. They came to my new house, sent my bill to the wrong address, and then removed me from the schedule? I took the call, corrected the problem and paid the bill the same day it arrived. They are supposed to be here Monday. I called to confirm and the owner, who could not be nastier, said I CANCELLED the service, which I did not. But now I have and look forward to better suggestions. Actually at the new home, they did a bad job and I was confirming to ask the workers for no more streaks on my glass doors. Don't bother with this company! read more

Had my windows washed by this company a few times and the guys who come out are always a pleasure to deal with. The lady Jenny over the phone has been nothing but rude as of late. I had my windows washed and it rained the next day so I called into see if they had some type of insurance. The 1st girl who was nice said they did and then put me on hold. Jenny got on the phone and was completely rude and made me feel stupid for asking. I mean I spend $200 to wash my windows only outside so I figured I would ask. read more

I just terminated our service with Window Bright. They called saying we were delinquent 1 payment. I checked my online banking and we were current as of this quarter. Then they said it was for November 2016. Nope. I paid that one too. Then they said it was from July 5, 2016. I don't have the ability to go back that far online, so I would have to make a trip to the credit union and have them check their records. I pointed out that it had been nearly 14 months and they were just now catching it? She was very professional and explained they were busy and were reviewing all accounts and calling those with apparent gaps. I thanked her, had her send a new invoice. I told her I would pay that and then sever our relationship. They are not the only game in town. read more

Horrible customer service from their receptionist/scheduler. I did not get a chance to get my requested estimate for a new sliding screen door because she cancelled my first appointment and did not contact me (she wrote my address and phone number down incorrectly and did not apologize). I raced home from work and had to call to learn that my appointment had been canceled. The second appointment I had, I called at 8 AM to see if the estimator could accommodate an unexpected meeting and come to my home the later half of my time window (11:30-1:30) for an appointment. I specifically asked if she could contact the estimator and make this request. She focused on cancelling the appointment because "this was impossible." I tried to check in with her after my meeting to see if the estimator was able to come the last hour of my time window, and her response was "no, we cancelled your appointment." I tried to reiterate that no, when we spoke I was trying to see if the estimator would come, still in my time window, but she had not even asked him/her if that was possible. I can not afford to miss more work trying to accommodate this company's incompetence. I was not prepared to receive such poor customer service after reading great reviews. I have no desire to speak with this receptionist again or further pursue working with this company. read more

I have had this company for years. Since the owner change it's been terrible. They quote you a price then send you a bill for more. When you call to discuss they basically call you a liar. Then make up a past due balance from 2 years ago. The balance was actually a credit because bill was paid twice by mistake. You try to talk to them and they are rude and very unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this company again. When they did my windows screens were left off after cleaning. Also they moved furniture to get to windows on the inside and never put the furniture back. All around terrible company to deal with. I had to post a star for review. I would not have given them a one star if I had not had to. read more

Called last minute to see if someone could come out for a service the day of and they fit us in their schedule for the day. The person over the phone was very friendly as were the two men that came out to the house. The two guys introduced who they were and what company they were from and started right away. I have a few super high windows that a normal ladder can't reach so that was the main reason why I had them come out. We just got done remodeling our home and needed all of the windows in the house cleaned and blinds dusted off. They did a fantastic job and worked for two hours. I have been using Window Bright for several years and I have always had great service. I have had them clean both my inside and outside Windows and I have been pleased with both cleanings. I do my outside Windows quarterly and have the inside cleaned twice a year. I have also used the to repair a couple of screens. Absolutely amazing customer service. This company was recommended by my homeowner's association for a screen door repair. When owner Anthony and his crew showed up the tenant renting the property was extremely abusive to them. I had to call the community security to come and intervene . I usually don't write reviews. I am beyond livid. We had this company do our solar screens a couple months back. They did a good job installing them. Even though it was like pulling teeth to have them come out and make an appointment at first. Today they showed up at our house. They seemed lost while I was watching them in front of our house, drive off, then come back and park on the side of our house. They get out, grab a screen from their van, and proceed to go in our backyard. No warning with a knock on the door or a phone call. I proceed to go "meet" them in the back. They walk out and go to the front. I then go outside to ask what they wanted. Long story short. It's very unprofessional to not see if someone is home first. I don't appreciate these people going in our backyard without first asking permission. This company needs better customer service and some common sense when dealing with clients. read more

I give this company zero stars!!! Anthony Mosley showed up a bit late for the estimate. I asked if they did screens, and they did. He then proceeded to tell me what a crap screen door I had, and that he would 'help me save some money' on the installation of blockout screens and on the sliding door. He continued in a patronizing voice like I didn't know what I was talking about, and kept on saying, 'look, I'm trying to save you some money'! I asked him to stop speaking so rude to me, and he then said, 'I've got better things to than to waste my time here'. We finally got along and he gave me the estimate and asked for my credit card. I asked him why he was putting the full amount on the charge, when the invoice says 50%, and he said 'because I'm giving you a big discount'!. Later in the afternoon, I called the office and asked if they had a time for the installation yet, and the lady said between 1-5 the next day. Great! Then Anthony called me and started yelling that I wasn't supposed to call the office, that he was giving me a 'deal' and that he would call me with the appointment. I haven't Heard back from him yet, and the office doesn't have anything for me. I think he's scamming!!!! I cancelled my payment with my bank. Watch out if he comes to your house and offers 'to make you a deal and save you money'!!!I I don't EVER want someone to talk down to me the way he did. What a rude man! This company will definitely fail with him doing the estimates! I live in Las Vegas now and needed the blockout screens but NOT with these rude people!!! read more

I'm so angry right now. Normally would hate to even write this, but after being a customer for over 20 years, today I was called a liar. Who does business like that. Window Bright was supposed to come out to clean on a Friday. I was home all day. No one showed up. Normally I would have called to ask where they were, but I was sick and ended up just sleeping all day. I live in a guard gated community and never received a phone call or anything. Totally forgot about them for the next couple of days as I wasn't feeling well and received a bill. When called to tell them that they never showed up, the girl on the phone said I was wrong and that they did come out. Instead of saying let me check and see what's going on, she just kept saying that I was wrong, that she shows that they came out. I kept telling her that they didn't and she kept saying we will have to send out an investigator. OMG, what ever happened to the customer is always right. How about shut up and tell me that you'll find out what's going on and call me back instead of just pissing me off. I'm hoping that the owners read this and I get a phone call to apologize, but I'm doubtful that I will. Not only will I be calling all the people I know that use them, I will be finding another company. Shame on you and I suggest you train your phone staff on how to speak to customers. read more

Window Bright was recommended by my neighbor, we bought a house and the previous owners had never cleaned a window in their life!! I called and they came the next day! Great job on the inside and out. Their staff was great, professional and on time! They also tell you about the other services their company provides which I appreciated as I had two screen doors that were in bad shape. They replaced one of the screens and built a whole new screen door in less than a week installed! I have since called them to come back and give me an estimate for solar screens, if you are looking for a reputable company to clean your windows, and repair screens, these guys are great!! I must commend Window Bright for an excellent job on installing new solar screens, cleaning windows, pressure washing and disposal of material. I called them to obtain a free estimate for 16 new solar screens for my windows, including a large sliding door. I had gotten six estimates from other local contractors. All were rushed, reluctant to haul away my old screens, and highly priced. (One contractor never even showed up or called regarding our appointment). Window Bright promised superior value for my money (including a great labor warranty and free services), a quality product, and a professional attitude. They totally delivered on that promise. Their people called ahead to confirm the appointments, showed up on time and ready to work, were very polite, and completed their tasks cleanly and professionally. The windows were beautifully washed, the solar screens expertly installed, and the driveway was spotless. The old screens were hauled away, and the work area was left clean. I was emailed the manufacturer's warranties for the screens, and they followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I live in Sun City Summerlin, an over-55 community, where the HOA standards are high in order to maintain property values, safety, and overall appearance. I didn't contact this company for window washing. I did a google search for estimates to pick up items I didn't want and the first company listed was Window Bright. I had to say what the items were that i wanted them to pick up and give my name and address and phone number. I was asked if I wanted a phone call or an email and I said no to phone call and yes to email. As soon as I hit enter my phone rang. I told the lady who called that I wanted an estimate in an email and she said I would get one very soon and apologized for the call. I never got the email estimate but the next day a man called me & I told him I had made other arrangements. I thought that was the end of it but I was very wrong. I live in a gated community & this evening as my daughter was driving us home after dinner out, a man in a truck with an open trailer stopped her and asked if we were and gave our last name. He said he had been trying to find us to pick up what we had hired him for & my daughter told him that we had already taken care of it and was very polite to him. We got home and parked and he had followed us and insisted that I had ordered their service and wanted a signature, which we refused to give. By this time we were all getting angry. When I got inside I saw that I had telephone messages and there were 3 from him, rambling on about how he didn't have our unit number and on and on. I just called and left a message at their business number and told them I would call the police if he shows up again.
