I would not use anyone else to clean our windows! We've hired All Washed Up three times now in two different homes, and my parents use them as well, out here in Lake Las Vegas. Bruce is a super great guy and he leads an amazing team of really quality folks. Windows, screens, and tracks always look great. I never know quite how bad the windows are until they're clean again and it makes the house look like a whole new home! The day before our appointment, we got a confirming phone call. On the morning of our appointment, we got a phone call giving us an estimated time of arrival. Bruce, the owner, brought a crew with him. Bruce and Don did the inside work. A crew of about four others did all the outside work. First I emailed this company with the number of windows on both floors. They responded with a request for my address to better quote it. In response,to that some lady called me and started with questions. She couldn't wrap her head around the fact that I can count windows. She said they didn't have time to come quote it! She wouldn't even give me a ballpark price as they'd have to quote it when they got here as it depended on how many times they'd have to move ladders and a bunch of other nut-ball questions. I called and changed the day I originally scheduled because there was rain the forecast and they were very pleasant about and gave me a new date. However, in spite of no rain in the forecast, a small 2 minute rain shower came through a couple of hours after the job was completed. The next day they called to see if I was pleased with the job.
