I thought it would be bulky and affect the house look. It didn't! They handled working around our fiber optical and electrical line on the roof edges. They were able to cut our hvac pipe to drain into the gutter. And they were able to handle our special request of having the gutters drip away at least 5'1"-5'2" away from our house foundation. We got the gutters due to foundation issues, and the foundation injection company required gutters to warranty their injection work. Cody is responsive and has great customer service. He can try to work on a deal with you too. Zelle is cheaper than credit card with a transition fee. Pay 50% 1st, then 50% when completed. Met Justin and Francisco. Both are great at greeting and talking. Heard all my concerns and plans. Coherent and professional. Refreshing and not usually a norm for Vegas. This company was referred to us twice....one by foundation injection company, and the other by roofers.

My HVAC on the roof was under repair during the roof work, Samuel said that after my HVAC finish repair, he can come back to check if more caulking or something need to be done on roof around HVAC. I give Samuel and his team 10 stars for their high quality roof work, very good price, very good customer service. Highly recommend!

100% the right place to go for Gutters. My top three (3) reasons:…read more [1] The Product. I found Perfect Homes through a neighbor whose gutters still look fantastic and have worked without issue (over the initial 5 years). Not only is the quality of the material a top/better grade, the size of the gutter is larger than what you'd get from Lowes/Home Depot and many competitors (thus able to handle the monsoon rains without overflowing). [2] The Installers. Jeff & Ed are the best (make sure you ask for them)! Super nice gentlemen and so easy to work with. They showed up promptly at the time I requested (7am) and were done in less that three (3) hours. Both Jeff and Ed are highly experienced (decades in the gutter trade) and both very friendly & professional. FYI - these gentlemen respected my property and home as if it were their own. They were also very meticulous with clean-up (I found absolutely no debris in the weeks that followed installation). [3] The Warranty. It is truly a zero hassle process. I initially purchased my gutter in January of 2026. Unfortunately, once the Vegas heat hit (June) we started noticing several waves/pointed sections. Even though the gutter channeled water effectively, the gutter was a little unsightly. I called the office and sent pictures. The owner called me back the next day and immediately scheduled Jeff & Ed to come out and replace my gutter. Jeff & Ed showed up (with precise color-matched materials), removed the old gutter (entirely) and installed a completely new gutter ... with a smile! One heads up item, Anthony (our initial sales person) gave me a bit of the used car sales vibe. Their prices are not the lowest (or the highest) but, for the reasons I mentioned above, I am so pleased I overlooked the "vibe" and went with Perfect Homes. Thank you Perfect Homes!

They don't honor their contracts, they make appointments and never show up. Their solution (over the phone) is $5,000.00 for "upgraded panels"! I have been absolutely blown away by the service from A Step Above…read more A few years ago, they completed a roof patch for me after the hurricane hit Las Vegas. That repair held up for two years, but it was finally time to replace my aging shingles. From the very beginning, the experience was outstanding. Kimberley in the office was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. She got me scheduled for a quote right away and guided me through the entire process, making everything feel simple and stress-free. She's my new best friend. Love chatting with her! Jordan was our sales representative, and he was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered every question my partner and I had, brought samples so we could compare options, and never once pressured us into unnecessary upgrades. We always felt informed, not sold to. Jose, our foreman, made sure everything was completed correctly and kept us updated throughout the installation. His communication with the crew was excellent, and I was amazed they completed the entire roof in just two days. What an incredible team. They made what could have been a stressful, expensive project feel easy from start to finish. While their quote wasn't the lowest, I truly believe you get what you pay for. Their communication was exceptional, the workmanship was top-notch, and the quality of the shingles was exactly what I was hoping for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend A Step Above to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust. Photos attached of my old brown shingles to a modern grey-brown.
