They don't honor their contracts, they make appointments and never show up. Their solution (over the phone) is $5,000.00 for "upgraded panels"! The problem is not the panels, it's the horrible installation that has NO pitch, so the water has no where to go except pooling in the center causing the panels to belly out and pull away from the beams. $22,000.00 for carport that leaks like a sieve! TOTAL WASTE OF $22k Find a company that will stand behind its products and not blame the customer!!! Perfect Home is not honest or trustworthy! After a consultation and inspection, I was told I needed to reroof. In my bones, I knew this although I was hoping for a new tile and to call it a day. However, "Cristian" was outstanding. He explained what had likely happened in over the 40 years this house has existed and what I could expect in the future. He showed me pictures of the damaged and worn areas on my roof. Yes, we were due for a new roof, as I suspected. He provided me with a reasonable proposal "to me." I don't do this very often so it's hard to really say. A crew was scheduled and completed my roof in THREE days. They cleaned up the areas after each day and at the end of the project, left my areas cleaner than when they first arrived. I had my turn signal on and slowed down to avoid exiting, when the TROC truck came barreling at me, tailgating me (about 2 feet or less), blasting the horn. Afterwards, I called the company to complain, and they said they's look into it and get back to me, but that was 3 weeks ago with no response.
