Needed upholstery cleaning done in my living room and this company had the best quote over everyone I asked. I was kind of skeptical but it never hurts to try. Communication with them was good, they called and even send a message through yelp if they couldn't get a hold of you. The technician that came to the house, Lee, was very nice and right away had booties on to keep the floors clean. I didn't even notice till he took them off to go to his van. Our sofa I can honestly say was not on the good side, so I was expecting just a quick clean. Spray a solution, wait for it to saturate, get agitated, then extracted, from what I seen other companies do. So that's what I thought the cleaning process was going to go with what I got quoted. Lee went above and beyond expectations and did a wonderful job cleaning the sofa. It did take him awhile which had me worried a bit, but he got some stains out that I did not think would come off since I tried washing some of the covers through the washer. Overall I would recommend to give this company a try and for heads up, them a photo of what you need done to get even better and quicker response. Not only do they do upholstery, they do other things as well. 10/10 read more

Professionalism began with the initial contact. Their reply to my inquiry was immediate and informative. They were very accommodating with my schedule. Then, they did a fantastic job on the carpets! Very conscientious about the high traffic areas and going over them several times. My carpets look great! Definitely recommend. read more

My husband and I were never in the market for a white couch, however, we couldn't pass this beautiful piece of furniture up in St. George. It was a floor model so it came with some bumps, scratches, dirt, and a few stains. I researched around the valley for a company to come give some new life to our new sectional. Lee did an ahhhh-mazing job. Their four step process of cleaning along side with a few spot treatment areas has our couch looking BRIGHT white again. The smell is superb. The whole job was done in an hour. Lee answered all of my questions and gave great advice on keeping it clean. I will be recommending these Sanityz-It to everyone I know. THANK YOU! read more

I helped out a friend with her Rover dog sitting overflow, but ended up with two dogs who left multiple piles, puddles, and stains on my carpet and area rugs. After blowing an entire can of Woolite carpet cleaner to treat the damage, I realized I needed a professional. Based on reviews, I called Sanityz-It, where Lee picked up right away and asked several questions about fabric, etc, to determine the scope of the job. We made an appointment and he tested a piece from the spare carpet remnant and determined different chemicals would be needed for the wall-to-wall carpet vs wool area rugs. Treated all successfully, even finding pee stains with a black light that I had not noticed. My colorful, wool area rugs came out great, too. Of note: As the carpet dried out, I noticed some of the dirty water from the hose dripped, leaving dark stains in several areas, but Lee returned quickly to run new passes over those areas and then cleaned the stairwell for free and even helped me out with an outdoor rug. He takes pride in his work and makes sure the job is done right, even if it takes extra effort. Highly recommend! read more

Lee and Manny did an amazing job on our floors. We just purchased this home with white carpet and very light-colored tile and there was a lot dirty/black grout on the tile and quite a few marks on the carpet. They took their time to treat the spots and clean the floors with great attention to detail. The tile looked so bad I didn't even want to walk on it barefoot. Now, I love how clean our floors look. I highly recommend Sanityz-It as they are professional. attentive, and just do a really great job! read more

Amazing service, very happy with results. We ordered a window cleaning and very happy with the work. Will be using this company again.

This company really does take the time to address all of your concerns rather than the quick in and out service and run away with your money I've seen other companies do. I let him know we recently adopted a dog and he's had a few accidents and although we've tried our best to clean it up with our own carpet cleaner, we can tell the carpet needed a really deep clean to get it out. He went through our carpet inch by inch and spent extra time on those problem areas to ensure all the urine was pulled out from underneath before he continued with the steam cleaner. Completely happy the smell is gone and the carpet is super clean. I will be sure to only use this company from now on. read more

I was completely blown away by my experience with Yury and Sanityz-It. I had a couch get stained with some kind of black residue during a move and submitted pictures to various vendors on Yelp for a cleaning quote. Everyone turned down my job except Yury, who not only offered to give it a try, but even said he wouldn't charge if he couldn't remove the stain. Talk about confidence in your work! He spent over 2 hours laboriously scrubbing and steam cleaning my couch and got the entire stain out, and even threw in a quick pass on my rug for free. He went above and beyond my expectations and I can't recommend his company enough! read more
