Thanks again for your outstanding service, Jay. You are professional, courteous, and efficient! Jay gave a window of when he expected to arrive and called about 30 minutes ahead of his arrival time. My old white carpets look new again! You are the only carpet cleaner I will ever use. read more

Nevada Floor Masters did a great job on my carpet cleaning. This ended up being a bigger job than either of us anticipated, as I had an area that had been saturated with cat urine, through the padding and to the wood underneath . They were professional, timely, and kept in great communication with me every step of the way. It was easy to reach him and schedule an appointment, and he let me know when he was on his way and gave an ETA. He does his scheduling within a 1 hour window, which I really appreciated, so you're not home waiting all day. Pricing was fair and reasonable and they accept all forms of payment, including CashApp. I am happy to sing their praises! Thank you again! read more

Jay is great! He is very professional. He gave us a window of a couple hours for his arrival and called 1/2 hour ahead to let us know he was on his way. He was on time and did an amazing job. He went the extra mile to do things beyond what was quoted. He made our 25 year old white carpet almost as good as new, brilliant! Tate family, NW Las Vegas read more

Jay is the man!! He was prompt, super nice & made my carpet look so good! I will definitely use him again in the future!

I had something of an emergency situation involving a dog accident and a Roomba. I'll let you think about that for a second. I called NFM because of the reviews and Jay made time for me right away. He even brought a black light to check for other problem areas (pretty mortifying - it lit up like a little doggie rave in my hallway - but also super helpful because eww). He treated and cleaned it all in about an hour, didn't tack on extra charges, and the best part - he's a genuine, caring human being and a professional. The kind of person you instantly feel like you've known for awhile and totally trust not to judge how gross your carpets got without your realizing it. My husband and I are both small business owners and we find it sad how hard it is to find small businesses who truly care about doing a great job and taking great care of people. To say our standards are high is an understatement. Jay/Nevada Floor Masters totally exceeds them. Highly recommend. read more

TOTAL SCAM ! Groupon Deal isn't Valid . Drove all the way to my house to tried to up sale me on The Next level wash . Refused to do the basic wash . Horrible Service. Was supposed to be there from 9 - 11 didn't come until 10:30 !! Very unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE ! read more

We were very pleased with Jay's work. He was professional and efficient. What I liked most was he gave me a flat rate and no up charges like most carpet cleaners. We will definitely use him again. read more

Jay did not show up for a scheduled appointment with no notice. I do not trust him to show up if I make another one.

Jay was absolutely incredible - dedicated to ensuring we were satisfied with the end result. I hired him for carpet cleaning initially, and was so impressed; hired him two days later to professionally wash the tile/grout in our home. In a city where it seems to find committed, hard-working professionals for home improvement, repairs, cleaning, etc. - you will not be disappointed with Jay, who represents Nevada Floor Masters, a man with a terrific work ethic and exudes pride in his work. read more

This is the 3rd year we've called on Nevada Floor Masters to renew our aging white carpet. As always, Jay did a fantastic job! He gave us a window time he would arrive, called when he was about 1/2 hour out within that time frame, and once he reviewed our needs, went right to work. We are delighted with the results. Professional, personable, polite, respectful and affordable. We highly recommend NFM!!! read more

My rugs look and smell brand new! They did a great job cleaning up after my daughters puppy visited. It was messy and smelly but now it's perfect! Thanks for taking such great care of us. read more

Called Jay Sat, needed to get someone in fast for a major accident courtesy our 10 yr old lab. Also added on our large sectional which catches hair from two large constantly shedding dogs. Got a Mon appt and he was there early. Jay managed to get in, assess, communicate (baby sitter was home, wife and I at work), move furniture and get everything done. About 90 min. Sent pics via text of each room and couch before he left. House smelled great when we got home, carpets and couch looked great. The Mrs was very happy (and she can be a tough sell). He did an awesome job and cost was very reasonable. We will definitely call Nevada Floor Masters (and Jay specifically) for any carpet cleaning needs going forward. read more

We were so appreciative of Jay squeezing us in during this Corona season. After purchasing a home during this time no one would come out which was understandable. His pricing was very fair and he was very professional. I was pleased with how efficient he was and the carpets looked amazing!! Thank you so much and I look forward to doing business with you again. read more

Jay was great with his customer service and attention to detail. My carpets were trashed and he brought them back to life! So happy with his service and his responsiveness. Will definitely use again and recommend. read more

Where do I start. I haven't done a bad review in a while. I reluctantly bought a Groupon from this company. Always go with your first intuition. I read the reviews and I'm thinking OK great I'll just purchase the Groupon and make an appointment. However I call to speak to someone named "Shay" who was very rude. Guessing he's the owner or the manager. He essentially hung up the phone on me. He tells me that my Groupon is not in the area code in order to use the Groupon. Huh? And "Nevada Floor Masters" simply is not honoring these Groupons. Well who fault is that? So now I have $59 deducted out of my account and no carpet cleaned. This is why I don't like dealing with businesses on Groupon. The exact reason. read more

Great job! I set up the appointment by phone very easily. Jay did a fantastic job on our carpet that hadn't been properly cleaned in years. Wonderful price too. We will definitely use again and have already recommended to several people. Also kudos to Jay for being patient with me because i accidentally gave him the wrong address when setting up the appointment. So sorry about that. read more

The reviews say it all! Jay was absolutely amazing, he was on time and professional. My carpets look great and smell amazing.

Jay goes above and beyond along with very detailed work. I would recommend him without hesitation. His price's are more then reasonable. He did my Persian rugs and the cleanliness and vibrancy is amazing. He also did a friend of mine wool rug that hadn't been cleaned in 40 years plus and it's brand new . Again if you want thoroughness at beyond reasonable prices Jay is your go to person. Thank you Jay if I could give you more stars I would. read more

One word: excellent. I can't even believe the work Nevada Floor Masters did on my carpets, which I had written off as hopeless. This is the second time I have used them and they really do work wonders. I had them clean some old but nice rugs that my mother had given me and it makes me feel great to see these rugs back in action and beautiful. Professional, affordable, awesome. Thanks! read more

Omg!! The words I actually used to describe my excitement and amazement of how good my carpet looked had profanities because my carpet looks insanely amazing like no one had ever lived here!!! We had some crazy deep pet stains and now you wouldn't even know that pets actually lived here. J was amazing! Very professional, no hidden fees, very punctual and informative. If anyone is looking for carpet cleaning you have got to give these guys a call I swear to you, you will not regret it. Also, I looked at several other places and they were all insanely expensive and had sooo many added fees it's was ridiculous. Hands down super happy with the services and professionalism. read more

Jay was extremely professional and prompt. The carpet, tile and grout he cleaned look amazing. Thanks Jay!

I booked Jay to clean my carpets of my home because the previous owners had a cat and my boyfriend is allergic to them. I booked the appointment a week in advance and Jay was happy to accommodate. He is very professional and detail oriented, my carpets came out amazing and my boyfriend hasn't had an allergic reaction ever since. I highly recommend this company, I will be using them again for sure! read more

I called to schedule an appointment and was received with the absolute worst customer service. The person on there other end was scoffing, belittling my request for cleaning, unhelpful, and absolutely terrible. If they can't even be polite on the phone, how are they going to clean your floors right? Call someone else. read more
