I asked for a recommendation to fix the water damage for the cabinets and my adjuster recommended DryZone and a few other companies. I chose DryZone! Ed Garza called me within a few minutes after I spoke with the adjuster. He suggested that the water damage should be dried right away so it doesn't create mold. He came by within the next hour and set up his equipments. He explained to me how each equipment works and other options I can take to prevent/fix molding issues. He was sincere when I told him I was concern about my kids and having possible molding under the sink. He helped me find alternatives to fix the molding issue without spending too much. Not only did Ed help me with the water issue we had at home, he also took time to explain to me about an AC issue at my Aunt's house that needs to be fixed. I showed him a few pictures of the ac vent that was leaking and Ed actually took time to show me what COULD be causing it and what may need to be done to dry it. Talking to Ed about the water damage and everything else was a stress reliever for me. He was kind, sincere, honest, a wonderful listener, and overall a great person. By far, he is one of the most genuine person I've ever met. I can honestly say, he has helped me with more than just the water damage.

As a Realtor, I have called on Dryzone numerous times to do restoration work for my clients. This…read morelast time was for our own home which was flooded when our water heater burst. Water was everywhere and leeched into the walls and floors...a mess! The scariest part is the damage you can't see behind walls and under floors. Left untreated, it can turn into a mold situation that will cost even more to fix. Homeowners, this is something you MUST disclose to the buyer when you sell, so it's better to get it fixed right than face a potential problem later down the road. Note: If your water heater hasn't gone yet and it's been 10 years, replace it! Ed came out and was very thorough and polite. He is a pleasure to work with and always made sure everything was done right and cleaned up by the end of the day. Industrial dryers and heaters were brought in and it took 3 days to get the moisture dried out, drywall and flooring pulled up, but it was a well-orchestrated mess. Even our insurance adjuster was impressed by the quality of work they did. Most times, restoration companies do more than what is needed to fleece the insurance company for more money. Our adjuster said Dryzone did exactly what was necessary and they did a good job of drying everything out completely and also came back to meet with the adjuster in case they had questions. Now THAT is service! This is a stand up A+ company that I will recommend over and over.

I can not say enough good things about Terra Mia. We have a bad habit of buying homes that need…read morerenovations. We have lived through remodels and renovations in New York City, Chicago, and Kentucky. When we moved to Las Vegas we feared another long painful experience with contractors that way over promise fall short. We interviewed at least 10 companies. They ranged from low ballers that just want your money to big companies that you are one of many on their schedule. We went with Terra Mia because the owner came and went through our "small" project of a tweak to a bathroom for my elderly parents moving in a few months and a gut renovation on the primary bathroom. He was the only person to be honest with us to what needed to be done to do the job right. He also committed to a very aggressive timeframe to make sure it was done before my parents moved in. The pricing was very fair. Based on the other estimates it was on the top end of the bids but based on our experiences with home remodeling the lower priced bids usually cost much more in the long run. During the process we decided to gut the kitchen, and redo the HVAC system as well. Again Terra Mia promised to added 2 major projects to this already aggressive timeframe. The results: AMAZING!!! Everyone that worked on our home was knowledgeable, professional, and treated our home like they were working on their own. Every project has hiccups. The Real tell of a good contractor is how they manage them to ensure the client is satisfied and informed. This is definitely a strength with Terra Mia. We had very definite designs in mind Terra Mia was able to make our vision a reality. This was done by working with us to discuss functionality, technical issues, and find creative ways to deliver on time and on budget. We appreciate the honesty, the follow up, and the professionalism of everyone who was involved in our project's.

But I just realized this company doesn't deserve a 5-star review. They messed up my water temperature during the renovation. They used Preferred Plumbing. Do not trust them with any plumbing work. Since the renovation, I never had cold water in my shower again. Water comes out hot, to the point that it's burning sometimes. Also, I contacted the owner about almost 2 months ago about my grout looking ugly, and he never responded. I've paid them so much money. I don't deserve this kind of customer service. I'm filing a complaint to the BBB and NV Contractors Board about Terra Mia and Preferred Plumbing.

I found Kahala on FB through the 9th island connection group and I'm so glad I found her! She was very patient with me, kind and very sweet. When she arrived I showed her the problem areas of the apartment and we did a quick walk through. After she was done the apartment looked probably better than when I had first gotten it. There were a couple of areas where she couldn't get off certain stains and didn't want to ruin the paint so I appreciated her mindfulness of the situation. All in all, a great value! Saved me so much time, energy and sanity! She was just the sweetest and so easy to work with!

She's warm, attentive, and always responsive by call or text. Together, we've built a consistent plan for which areas of the house to focus on, and every single time, the team delivers exactly what I ask for. I also love the way they make the beds. The ladies are kind and hardworking. There's always someone who speaks English to relay details, and if not, Juanita is available by phone to clarify. They clean thoroughly and carefully--they don't move things unnecessarily, so nothing goes missing, but they also never leave anything looking undone. Everything looks perfectly cared for. Any minor oversights are far outweighed by the consistency, peace of mind, and extra care they provide. My home always looks beautiful when I walk in, and that feeling is wonderful. Their pricing is fair for the value they provide. I value and trust Juanita and her team. They have never canceled on me and are always been on time. Knowing I can rely on them, and that Juanita treats me like family, is a rare gift. Highly recommend!
