Their staff do an excellent job of residential window cleaning. They are friendly, work hard, and are flexible in handling special requests (such as mirrors). Their cost is reasonable. They do need to bring clean towels for protecting floors, countertops from water dripping from squeegees. I had to provide several towels because they were using wet, dirty ones from previous jobs. Also always call the day before to confirm the appointment. Otherwise I recommend them & will continue to use them. read more

I haven't written a review in awhile but after Argenis with Window Masters cleaned the exterior of the house I had to take the time for my windows are so sparkling and clean! When you enter our home there is a 20' ceiling almost all window looking out to our backyard filled with beautiful greenery. With the morning sun this window shows everything. After Window Masters left it looks like a vibrant, brilliant portrait. Argenis carefully removed and washed all screens, and was very careful to not step on or damage the garden area surrounding the pond under the big picture window. We have had others that left the gardens trampled and a mess. I highly recommend Window Masters and their courteous, professional crew and very reasonable rates! Wow!!! First off, the amazing woman who called to help with my quote was so thorough with her questions and was so patient when I wasn't sure of answers. We just moved to our house and are having solar screens installed and needed the windows cleaned before hand. She went and looked at the old realtor.com listing to get a good view at a lot of the exterior of our house which gave her the ability to give us a best estimate quote. The men came today They were able to arrive 10 min early (a last minute emergency came up and my hubs and I had to jet out the door). Super professional and polite and did an amazing job!! We have some huge custom windows and they look immaculate. The cost was less then the original quote as well! Window masters quote was half what the other 3 companies provided and when they were done the actual cost was even less then we expected! If I could leave a 0, I would. I called this morning, probably 10-15 minutes ago and whoever answered the phone was of no help whatsoever. I wanted an estimate of how much it would be for my store windows to be cleaned and she said, and i quote, "I don't know, tomorrow or um wednesday." That doesn't sound too confident when I'm trying to schedule an appointment. I'll take my business elsewhere and if I were you, I'd hire someone else to answer the phone.
