I have used Window Masters four times, and every time they do a great job. One thing I appreciate is that they send the same person back to my house, which ensures consistency in the quality of work and personalizes the relationship. It's nice to look outside, and only see the outside, without a layer of crud blocking the view! read more

The professional tech showed up on time for my appointment, did a fantastic job on our 2nd story unit and it was completed quickly!

Their staff do an excellent job of residential window cleaning. They are friendly, work hard, and are flexible in handling special requests (such as mirrors). Their cost is reasonable. They do need to bring clean towels for protecting floors, countertops from water dripping from squeegees. I had to provide several towels because they were using wet, dirty ones from previous jobs. Also always call the day before to confirm the appointment. Otherwise I recommend them & will continue to use them. read more

I haven't written a review in awhile but after Argenis with Window Masters cleaned the exterior of the house I had to take the time for my windows are so sparkling and clean! When you enter our home there is a 20' ceiling almost all window looking out to our backyard filled with beautiful greenery. With the morning sun this window shows everything. After Window Masters left it looks like a vibrant, brilliant portrait. Argenis carefully removed and washed all screens, and was very careful to not step on or damage the garden area surrounding the pond under the big picture window. We have had others that left the gardens trampled and a mess. I highly recommend Window Masters and their courteous, professional crew and very reasonable rates! They show pride in their service no matter how small or large the job. Thank you Window Masters!! read more

Window Masters - Don't let the bars scare you the windows are clean! - Window Washing Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

The best job I've ever had on my home. The windows are large, two story high custom windows and they've never looked better. The gentleman who came out was on-time, polite, careful, and very thorough inside and out. My only regret is I didn't switch to Window Masters years ago! Exceptional work and a very fair, competitive price. read more

Wow!!! First off, the amazing woman who called to help with my quote was so thorough with her questions and was so patient when I wasn't sure of answers. We just moved to our house and are having solar screens installed and needed the windows cleaned before hand. She went and looked at the old realtor.com listing to get a good view at a lot of the exterior of our house which gave her the ability to give us a best estimate quote. The men came today They were able to arrive 10 min early (a last minute emergency came up and my hubs and I had to jet out the door). Super professional and polite and did an amazing job!! We have some huge custom windows and they look immaculate. The cost was less then the original quote as well! Window masters quote was half what the other 3 companies provided and when they were done the actual cost was even less then we expected! We will absolutely be using them for our annual screen/window cleaning!!! read more

Our windows sparkle now! Thank you Window Masters! The job was done quick and we can't even tell there is glass in windows. We made the right choice bringing in Window Masters before adding solar screens to our windows. They were reasonably priced and did a nice job! read more

On time, finished in a timely manner, and honored their discount. Window Masters did great work and were friendly too!

We were very impressed with the service from start to finish. Got an appt earlier than expected (great) and they were right on time and did a fabulous job! Will definitely have them back again. Reasonable rates too!! We were a little gun shy since previous contractors in our house burned us so badly during our remodel. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and all of our neighbors!! read more

If I could leave a 0, I would. I called this morning, probably 10-15 minutes ago and whoever answered the phone was of no help whatsoever. I wanted an estimate of how much it would be for my store windows to be cleaned and she said, and i quote, "I don't know, tomorrow or um wednesday." That doesn't sound too confident when I'm trying to schedule an appointment. I'll take my business elsewhere and if I were you, I'd hire someone else to answer the phone. She'll lose business for ya'll. read more

Excellent service, quick to respond to my RFQ on yelp. We were pleased with the job done as it was money well spent! In the busy time of year, they got us in within a week of the request. They asked for pictures for clarification and charged $100 for the work completed at 7 windows and 2 glass sliders. read more

I have a vacation home in Las Vegas and hardly have time to keep it in tip-top shape when I visit. I Had a new years eve party and realized my windows were filthy! Called around to get pricing but Window Masters came in at a reasonable price. Was impressed when the window cleaner took off his shoes to clean the inside windows. A class act company, reasonable pricing and a nice friendly staff, would highly recommend to anyone in Las Vegas that needs their windows cleaned, thanks guys! read more

Overall I was pleased with the work. The gentleman was pleasant and was only 10 minutes late. I think he should have given us a receipt for the cash given, but I guess he didn't have any on him. read more

I have to say that I wish I knew of Window Masters earlier. I would have requested their services annually for my two story home. From now on I will. Not very happy with the job that was done at our business, found window seals not wiped down, windows totally missed, and the gentlemen that were doing our windows left in the middle of cleaning windows to go to another job. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Going to look for a new company sorry! read more

They didn't show up for our appointment and didnt have the decency to call. First impression is unreliable, flaky company.
