They would chat with her, share stories about life and family and notably made her feel happy, she looked forward to their arrival. I work in healthcare and depart before getting to see them in the early hours of the morning. In June 2026, my mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly in the hospital. That following week as I was fumbling through my days and life the team arrived to clean our home. I had ran an errand, and when I returned, the ladies were busy doing their tasks. I came into the kitchen and the woman that my mother was so fond of specifically took one look at me, and I her, and we both began to cry. We hugged and shared our grief for a few moments. It was notable for me on so many levels. She understood and truly felt my pain and loss, and I too saw her sincerity and heart. Not only has this amazing team and company tended to our home for many years now, with love and kindness, they have become a valued part of our life. They touch and are present with all that is around our world. They are irreplaceable to me. I realized that they not only tend to our homes and make life a bit sweeter for us, but they have an investment with those of us they see regularly. How lucky am I to have found this amazing company. I have said it before and will say it again, I am beyond blessed to have found this amazing company, it's owner and the amazing team that makes our world brighter. Literally and figuratively.

Not only did he protect my house from the pigeons that have called it home for the last few years, he also pressure washed and cleaned all the area of the roof from pigeon droppings. Added grates and spikes to prevent them from coming back and even cleaned up any droppings left from the pigeons roosting. And I don't just mean spray off the concrete. He even dug in the dirt and rocks to get as much out as possible and cleaned up the front yard area where there was droppings! He also tidied up some shoddy work from the company that installed my solar panels. We opted for the brick for the aesthetics Amos was very quick about getting back to me, he texted me about the roof, which he said wasn't bad, we would just need to block off the water from the hot tub to the pool. We live in far west Summerlin and the dust was literally caked onto our windows. A friend recommended Window Masters, said they were professional, fast, and reasonable priced. Our call to Window Masters was promptly answered, a price was quoted that was within my expectations, and they were able to easily accommodate our schedules. The window washers showed up 5 minutes early and started promptly. They quickly and efficiently cleaned the interiors of the windows and then moved to the exterior of the house. They completed the job faster than promised. Turns out the "caked on dust" was actually paint over spray from interior painting that had been recently completed, Window Masters' guys brought it to our attention and took the time to get the paint off the windows at no extra charge. Fantastic service at a very reasonable price. We recently purchased a home and the windows were filthy. After getting a quote over the phone, I expected to be charged extra once the technicians, Matt and Amilcar(?), got a look at the work ahead of them - nope, they charged exactly what was quoted earlier. They ended up spending about 3 hours getting all the windows and solar screens clean. The windows look great, and at a price far less than another company we had gotten a quote from. I called several other company's and know one answered the phone. They answered at Window Masters and the girl in the office was so nice! She even gave me a quote over the phone and that was the same price that the window cleaner who came out to do the work gave me. No upcharges, what a relief! And the windows came out great.
