My husband was amazing and surprised me with a deep cleaning from this company. They did not disappoint! I can not express how a weight was lifted off my shoulders with their results. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures of our shower! We are not dirty people but we do find it hard to keep the shower glass, tile and grout clean with this Las Vegas water. Our orangish pinkish grout is now once again white! Crazy good! The ladies were mindful of our pets which was a relief. Overall it took over 5.25 hours for our 3400 square foot home minus about 900 square feet for rooms we excluded. Nothing was left untouched. Stairs, mirrors, blinds, baseboard etc. With over 25 windows they did not slack on any of the blinds. Thank you for that! I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Servicemagic.com was my goto referral source for home improvement in the Seattle area, and I was pleased with the quality of the companies I dealt with for my house. They are not always the cheapest out there, but I could always rely on their background checks, recommendations and verifying if the person was licensed and bonded. J.N.S. When she told me everything they do and then told me the price, I was shocked; it was so inexpensive compared to all of these other companies. Today was our first "cleaning" and needless to say... they blew me away. The staff was on-time, professional, extremely courteous, polite and did an amazing job. They brought all of their own stuff (including a vacuum!) so I just had to let them in and left. My husband and I decided we needed a new service when our previous cleaning lady made it pretty clear that she was overwhelmed with her personal life. I googled and this was one of the first places to pop up. We decided to give them a shot. I work from home, go to school full time, have two small children, and two large dogs. To say my house gets messy is an understatement. I picked up but, definitely don't have time for deep cleanings. When the owner of JNS came out she was very professional and sweet. She gave us a great deal and a few weeks later we scheduled a cleaning. A crew of 5 women came out. They walked in wearing nice uniforms, smiling, and carrying so many cleaning supplies! Our house was cleaned in an hour and a half and it was amazing. They cleaned things I wouldn't even think of looking behind. For example, they took our trashcan outside and cleaned it. I don't think we've ever done that. The owner told me that they use a chemical free cleaning product on everything, even hard wood floors! It looked great and wasn't too harsh for my 4 month old. We will be using them for a very long time. A cute sidenote. They gathered all the change they found in the house and put it next to my son's piggy bank. He was so excited when he got home. Wow! Called Nancy & asked if she could help an overwelmed home owner clean her stove/oven, frig & 2 bathrooms before I moved out next week. She squeezed me in the next morning and charged me exactly what we had agteed upon. 5 count them, 5 maids showed up, worked for an hour and left the condo cleaner than when I moved in. It sparkled and smelled wonderful. I wish I had known about this service when I moved to the L.V. area 10 years ago. Will use them when I put the condo on the market & in between renters. Had a house cleaning service come by today. It took 3 nice ladies 4 hours to deep clean the whole place. Will definitely have this done at least once a month, and biweekly during the busy months. My house has never been so clean. Best of all the wood floors look brand new again and there is no trace of dog hair anywhere. I think the dogs are a bit confused where it all went but I'm ok with that. The prices are fair and Nancy and the girls are nice. I have tried contacting this company three times for cleaning. The first time, I got a response saying they were booked through the New Year. This was around Thanksgiving. The second time was around March. I called and left a message and received ZERO response. Because their reviews have been good overall, I tried ONE more time this past Friday. This sounds like you want to show the world you fixed the problem but it's the first I've heard of any fix. Just to set the record straight you didn't offer to pay for cleaning carpet until you had a public forum to do it. Regardless of the color of your cleaners your team did stain the carpet. They dropped a bucket of what I assumed was cleaning supplies. It's very clear in the cameras. And most of your other facts are wrong as well. There were no moving blankets in the closet. They were in the dining room. The closet wasn't supposed to be touched. The "piles" we're sorted for goodwill. But it was one big walked on pile when I got back. There is no carpet in there. It's tile so I'm not sure what you were trying to vacuum. I would understand if they couldn't figure out how to turn off the bedroom light because it's on a remote. But is that why every light in the house was left on? And my toothbrush was in a basket of things. The basket needed to be moved to clean. Not the toothbrush. Do you like people touching your toothbrush? And maybe I can understand bath mats not getting put back correctly but it doesn't take a genius to know the waste paper basket next to the toilet can cause an inconvenience if left in the adjacent closet. There were a few dishes in the sink. I appreciate you washing them. Too bad one was broken and hidden in the back of a cupboard. And why were things moved from one cabinet to another that weren't even cleaned? Why was a nicknack from the counter shoved behind cereal boxes in a cabinet? Hard to figure out why so many things were moved when so few needed washing. But overall ... I love the part about how if I would have asked you not to have all 5 women walk on my bedroom carpet you would have had them wear booties. Have you possibly considered that a given?! When someone hires you to clean their house it should be understood you don't dirty one part while cleaning another. You did call me that night. And you said sorry. But you didn't offer any solutions. Your reply was obviously designed to make excuses and create the illusion of solving the problem. If you want to fix it the carpet cleaning was $150 and the broken bowl was $17. Send me a check. But don't think making excuses online will fix anything. And don't forget to mention how you were going to talk to your crew and get back to me but never did ... Unless you count your yelp comment as getting back to me. read more

I spoke with Nancy the owner and set up an appointment. I asked her exactly what to expect and what would be cleaned and what type of room rotation they did? Nancy said that JNS does not do room rotations, the ladies will be out and clean everything every time. From the baseboards to the ceiling fans and everything in-between. Nancy did not exaggerate. Five amazing ladies showed up to my home and spent the afternoon cleaning. They cleaned all the blinds, the baseboards, the wall, the doors, dusted the furniture. They used spray oil-soap that I left for them for my wood furniture. They scrubbed my kitchen until every stainless steel appliance looked showroom new. They washed my lampshades, wiped all my ceiling fans, vacuumed my stairs, the list goes on.... My house is spotless. They even folded the toiled tissue and tissues in the tissue boxes to look like those in hotels. Impressed is an understatement. Based on my experience thus far I give JNS an A++. Since I arrived in Las Vegas from Oregon, I've had a terrible time finding a good cleaning company! I guess you could say I was spoiled with my last cleaning person. Well I can tell you I have FOUND the best cleaning crew to date. My house is spotless!!!! JNS has exceeded my expectations!!!! The last cleaning crew forgot to mop my master bathroom floor among a TON of other things. JNS missed nothing and did things I wouldn't expect. JNS is a bit expensive, however it is money well spent.
