I spoke with Niko when booking and mentioned we have a senior dog with a few accidents. He was upfront that they'd do the best they could, which I appreciated. Booking was super easy, and I loved that they use an app where you can view your appointments and invoices all in one place. They gave us a 2-4 PM arrival window and showed up toward the later end, which was totally fine. I wasn't home during the service, but my husband was, and the technician called when he arrived and explained everything clearly. He also recommended a quick vacuum after drying, which helped a lot with any remaining hair. Overall, they did a really solid job.
