Set the appointment for Thursday, April 30, 2026, @ 1:30, I show up for my appointment, only to be informed by Colton the replacement windshield was broken in transit, and he did not call be because he did not have my phone number. I set a 2:30 appointment for Friday, May 1, 2026, to have the windshield replaced. Friday morning, today, I get a phone call at 10:30 saying they are going to have to use a different vender, and they won't have the windshield until 2-4 pm and would not be able to replace my windshield until Monday. First question I had was why they are just finding out they had to use a different vender? Wouldn't the vender tell them earlier than the Friday's delivery time??? I asked for a manager and was told by Colton he was out and headed to Huntsville, however, the manager called me back from the same number within 5 minutes! When I asked why they can't install the windshield Friday afternoon, which I have a 2:30 appointment, I was informed they won't have time, they close at 5, and they don't work overtime! When I complained, the manager informed he was refunding my money, and I would receive my money in the next 3 to 5 business days. I plan on sharing this horrible customer service with all of my friends, family and clients. We will never use or recommend Able Glass.

Some were higher, one was lower, but I went with Vizion because of the fact they are a family owned Texas based company and they have over 4 decades of experience in the Window Industry. From the initial meeting to the installation, it was a seamless experience, and this was during Covid, when material shortages were creating 8-10 month back orders. They stayed in constant contact and the windows are great. I recommend at the very least, inviting them out to bid on your window project. I don't think you'll regret it. They are as honest as the day is long. And that's hard to find in this day and age.

Tiffany came out to do measurements for all new exterior doors. She was so wonderful. She explained everything, answered our million questions and was so patient doing so. I called or texted her with even more questions. Still she was so patient. Tiffany even came out a second time and brought color samples for me to see. We finally made our select on all the doors we need and placed the order. These doors are not cheap by any means. I sent them what they asked for and they gave me a quote. I told them I wanted to move forward with getting it replaced and asked if they could come out to replace the window this week/weekend. They said they would need to come measure first, so we spent the next 3 days trying to nail down and date/time, but they were giving me vague answers like "tomorrow", but no time given. They said they could probably come out today (Thursday), but didn't give me a time. I asked what time, so I could have someone at the house to meet them, and they told me "around noon". I had my boyfriend go to the house to wait for them because I couldn't get away from work. He waited there until 2 pm before giving up and leaving. While he was waiting I asked J&J to call when they were on their way, sent a follow up email to see if they were coming, and sent a text asking them same....... NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I ended up sending a text back and saying not to come because I'm going to go with some else. This is not an effective way to run a business. I need to be able to set a time or time frame and know that the company I'm hiring is responsible enough to at least answer me. I can only imagine if I paid them and something went wrong, how big of a hassle it would be to have them come out to fix it. Don't waste your energy or your money on this company.
