It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and was completely unacceptable. I contacted the company directly afterward rather than immediately posting publicly. I received a response saying they were going to look into the situation, so I gave them the opportunity to address it. Unfortunately, I have heard nothing further. There has been no follow-up, explanation, apology, or resolution. I waited before writing this review because I genuinely hoped management would take my concerns seriously and respond appropriately. The lack of follow-through has been almost as disappointing as the original experience. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and serious concerns deserve more than an initial response followed by silence.
