Fish fry is awesome, service/bartenders are nice, highly recommend. Potato skins are to die for.

My family and I were driving home from up north and found this place on yelp. Decided to try it because of the great reviews, one mentioning it was family friendly so we went a little out of our way to try it. Upon arriving there were about 8 people at the bar and all the tables were empty. The bartender ignored us so I asked if we could sit anywhere, she said there wasn't a waitress. We said that's fine, we don't mind grabbing the food, can we order? She hesitated and said she has to check if the cook wants to stay (weird, it was 6 pm), walked in the back, came out a few minutes later with food for someone at the bar and ignored us. We do a lot of traveling and use Yelp all the time. We found this place on Yelp and the reviews don't lie. The hospitality was amazing. And the food lives up to the reviews. I had the baked haddock with lemon and baked potato and my husband had the perch and said it was really good. We will be back. read more
