They were super responsive--answered my call right away and scheduled a visit the next day. The technician and owner Eddie was professional, friendly, and knew his stuff. He replaced 2 large screen pieces above our lanai, 2 smaller pieces and redid all of my lower screen splines, and it looks brand new. He even cleaned my gutters and repaired an extra screen at no extra charge! The price was extremely fair, no hidden fees, and he even gave me tips to keep my screens in top shape. As someone in real estate, I know how much a well-maintained home matters, and these guys make it easy to keep your property looking sharp. It them two days to call back(they said they were very busy). I explained what I needed and they asked me to take pictures and send send them over to them which I did. I also gave them my address when I first called so they knew where I was located. After they received the pictures they said they would have to charge me to come and do an estimate due to how far away I was from their office. They said an option was for me to examine the screens and let them know how many roof, side or door panels needed to be replaced. I did as requested and sent them the number of panels that needed to be replaced. I was told they would get quote over to me. After hearing nothing for two days I contacted them for an update. They apologized and said when they got back into the office, they would send it over. Three days later I had not received the quote and contacted them again. I was told they were having some "service issues". After still not receiving the quote and I contacted them again. This time, two weeks after trying to get a quote, I got a text saying, quote: "the owner decided to discontinue servicing all areas further than an hour away". They strung me along for two weeks and delayed me getting a quote for my insurance case. I told my roofing company to never refer them to this outfit.

I changed to their weekly pool service and this is the first year in many I have not had an algae bloom or any skin irritation. We have an older chlorine pool and they keep it clean, swept, and in balance. I am home sometimes when they are here and see them checking the chemical levels. They have been honest with providing services, arriving at nearly the same time each week and my pool stays beautiful. I am very pleased and believe I get good value from them.

My experience with Pure and Simple Pool Care was very poor. I paid $180 per month for their "Full…read moreService" package starting in May 2025, which was supposed to include weekly cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks. Despite this, no one serviced my pool for the first month, and I was still charged in full. Over the next several months, key services like filter cleaning and equipment inspection were not performed. I later discovered my pump had failed, only to be told technicians hadn't entered my yard because of a dog -- yet there was no communication or pause in billing. I was told the company would "make it right" with a free replacement pump, but the old pump was never replaced. Instead, I received a $950 bill for a "new" pump that wasn't installed, quoted at nearly double its retail price. In total, I paid for six months of incomplete service and was billed for equipment I never received. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Pure and Simple Pool Care.

Before hiring him I'd asked friends for a recommendation of a good pool service, and no one really liked their pool care services.... it seems to be a business where providers come and go, often don't show up, and charge too much for too little. This is definitely NOT what happens with Josh. He communicates well and does an excellent job. As a home owner, I find there are just so many things that need maintenance or attention it can be hard to keep up with it, but having Pure and Simple Poolcare maintain my pool makes it so much easier. To my surprise Heart my Pool answered my call! They came out the following Monday and gave me the estimate. They were well priced so I went with them. In the few weeks since my purchase they have been out several times getting the pool up to spec. They are very friendly Ann the communication is good. A few days (5/17) later I texted them and asked when the estimate would be ready, the person responded over the weekend. Tuesday (5/22) afternoon still no estimate so I text again, "Any updates?" No response by Wednesday so I texted, "Hi, are you guys planning to send me an estimate?" Never received a response. 5/23 I called and a male with an English or Australian accent answers and I asked about the estimate. He sounded annoyed and says something about being busy with his family. He did not give me an explanation, just I am busy (maybe visiting, I don't remember) my family and says he'll do it soon. 5/28 I called the office number hoping to get someone else, maybe this is just a bad single employee. He answers again and says something about being busy with his family again and he'll do it tonight. I still haven't received it or heard from the company. Churchills Pools maybe the greatest pool service company in the world, but their customer service stinks. If I had gotten any reason for the delay and an actual timeline such as we are very busy and it will take three weeks and it was done in three weeks, I'd be fine. But when a company keeps missing its own deadline and only responds when I reach out, they have bad customer service. Unfortunately at this point I would not trust them to work on my pool equipment.
