WOW. I think my friend and I spent literally 2 hours in here going up and down every aisle. She had been here once before and checked it out real quick and I had never been here. So, I knew in advance that they had some deals compared to other stores, and they do NOT accept Credit Cards, that's the BIG downside. But if you can get past that, then your in good shape. It looked like a brand new store, great condition and lots of space to get through the aisles on a busy Saturday morning, like when we went. I wish they would have one by my job or where I live in SW Arlington it would be so nice to just stop in by the deli and grab some things for lunch. They had all kinds of things to just pick up and go, hot soups, cold chef salads, different small meals for someone who doesn't cook, or is looking for something good to warm up. They had meatloaf w/ mac and cheese, general tso chicken, and all kinds of sandwiches full size looked like a foot long and that was under $5! My friend got a roast beef w/ cheese and I think lettuce on a croissant, and I think it was around $2.50 and it looked DELISH! I almost forgot to mention, you have to bag your groceries yourself they give you the bags though and I got $80 worth of a lot of items, I had them bagged by myself in no time, so I don't think personally it's too big of a deal! I'm going to have to come back SOON, and you should too if you are in the area!!

The prices are usually good. I like to get frozen veggies, milk and eggs here. The bathrooms are not the cleanest though

It's nice and quiet all the time that's what makes it a great place to shop great Service cashiers are friendly very helpful. I shopped the Crowley store periodically as well as the Rufe Snow. Dear Store Manager,…read more I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I recently had at your store. Unfortunately, the service I received did not meet my expectations, and I feel that the situation should be addressed. The incident occurred on 09/30/26 at 12:32 p.m. at Store #126 and involved an employee named Sandra. Not once did she smile or acknowledge me or the lady in front of me. When I was checking out and using my debit card, the system asked me to enter numbers. I assumed it was asking for my phone number. Instead of assisting me, Sandra just looked at me confused. She waited until I figured out what the system was asking for and then told the customer behind me, "Sorry, she doesn't know what she is doing." I told her, "I am still here. I didn't know about your new system, and why are you talking to this guy about me?" I was very disappointed by the way the situation was handled. I felt that her comments were disrespectful and inappropriate, especially since she was discussing me with another customer while I was still standing there. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect and to receive a reasonable level of customer service. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and investigate what happened. I would appreciate a response explaining how this matter will be addressed and, if appropriate, what can be done to resolve the situation. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Fran

I walked about 1.5 miles each way to get to Tom thumb after struggling to find a supermarket near my hotel. I'm glad I took the walk. The Primo Taglio Carver turkey is really good, the employees super friendly and the outdoor seating is a pleasant place to sit and send LOTR memes to my friends on Instagram. I enjoyed the turkey so much that even when it froze later in my unreasonably cold hotel mini fridge, I still made a sandwich and ate with relish (the sensation, not the condiment). I guess what I'm really trying to say here is that in the bleak, anxious days leading up to a grappling tournament, when you are worried about your weight and life stresses seem amplified, Tom thumb makes a great hotel turkey that takes the edge off.

Half of them were dropped previously and being sold at a discount and the other half looked just as bad. The cakes looked the same. The cakes not with the regular cakes and cupcakes looked sooooo much better. So I chose the 12 cupcakes+2inch round option as it looked great. We got to the restaurant and pulled them out and ate them and good to the lord they were SOOOOOOOOO sweet. On a level of 1 to 10 with 10 being straight up sugar cubes this was a 15. None of us could even eat a whole one. So needless to say this was a disappointment. I will stick to my usual grocery store chain to get my cupcakes from now on. This one was a bust.

I have been an exclusive Publix shopper for the last 40 years and today I had the worst experience…read moreever, from any store, Publix, Arlington, Jacksonville, FL. On my way to work I stopped in quickly to stock our community fridge with Seagram Ginger Ale, division of Coca Cola. Publix weekly ad listed Coca Cola products 2 for 2, 6 pack bottles, mini cans and 8 packs of 16oz. I have been purchasing this special almost weekly and it always shows up on my 'just for you' list when offered, as it did this morning when I checked the new weekly ad. I went into the store, rather hurried, went to the customer service register and as approaching mentioning how happy I was with Publix always having Seagrams Ginger ale in some kind of special. As the associate rings my purchase, she said 'you must be mistaken, Ginger ale is never on 2 for 2' I said, well it is marked and advertised as 2 for 2 ALL Coca Cola products. She said, 'Never on Ginger ale' and walked with me to the aisle, where the sale was clearly marked ALL Coca Cola products. I had just purchased this exact sale, 2 weeks ago. I left extremely angry, returned to the parking lot and googled Seagrams. They were purchased by Coca Cola in 2002. I went back into the store to witness the associate relaying our interaction to her manager, as she saw my reentering, approaching the manager, she picked up the Ginger Ale and walked it back to the soda aisle. The manager did confirm that I was correct and that Seagrams was indeed a division of Coca Cola and part of the advertised sale. The associate in question, still within ear shot of this interaction, continued to replace the items to the shelf, ignoring me and her manager. I know this is just about soda on sale, but the attitude and refusal to even refer to a manager or fellow associate, all within a few feet of this interaction, it the issue. The manager was extremely apologetic and offered to review the situation with the associate as a training opportunity, however, for me, the damage was done.

Is this for real? A real publix anywhere in DFW would make a killing. They out the krogers and Tom…read moreThumbs to shame!
