I have been wanting to come on here and give a positive review for months. When I found out I was pregnant, I was overwhelmed and fearful. My pcp referred me to this practice and I am so glad she did! I saw Dr Bose, Heidi and Erin, and everyone from the front office staff to the nurses to the drs were fantastic. I had a tough pregnancy medical wise and everyone was so kind and understanding(and put up with all my questions!) They helped calm my nerves and told me exactly what I needed to do for my health and my baby boys health. Today my son is a happy, healthy kiddo and I credit this practice so much for helping me(and him) get there. Dr Bose and her team know their stuff and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone read more

Don't do it. As a woman who has never gone through this experience before do not trust this office to provide appropriate care. Some things to anticipate if you work with this group. -Expect your appointment to be canceled an hour before. - Expect to show up to your scheduled appointment and be notified it never had been booked or even ordered by the provider. - You will not receive any information about your genetics testing results. If you request the results they will call you 4 days later. - They will refuse to provide you with a basic ultrasound, which is standard at nearby facilities. Their reasoning will be it is " not covered by your insurance and there is no need if you have a heartbeat". This is absolutely covered by your insurance and in fact you should have two ultrasounds before your anatomy scan. - You might as well buy your own blood pressure cuff and Doppler off of Amazon because that is the extent of the care they will provide to you. - Don't expect a call back when you need the provider's assistance because they will never be in the office and there will be no alternative provider that they can utilize. - If the practice is poorly run then you at least hope the provider is absolutely incredible and personable. Don't wait to see if you love the provider you have been matched with because they will be " fine" and not justify the lack of care you have receive prior to that point. read more

Have been a patient here for 4 years. My appts are ALWAYS rescheduled, despite only needing a medical asst to administer a shot for me. Not to mention to have to wait at least 20-40 minutes for the procedure that takes a total of 2 minutes to do. I cant take the chances of making a morning appt in the chance it takes an hour of my time versus 15 minutes max. read more

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Bose and Staff. Being a person of color and at Advance Maternal Age it was important to find an office that understands the needs and cares of every patient. This was our second pregnancy here and we have had great experiences both times! However, there are not enough words to describe how thankful we are for the care during this last pregnancy, labor & delivery. I have been waiting for a MONTH for a call back to even schedule an appointment after being referred to this office by my PCP because of abnormal results. Every time I call, I am told Dr. Bose is looking at my records and will call me back "today or tomorrow"-- and she never has. Especially because I was calling for a follow up about some abnormal results, I can't believe the level of negligence of this office just putting me off. The office staff has been very nice, so I don't fault them, but the apparently cavalier nature of Dr. Bose in getting back to patients is at a level I've never experienced from another doctor. read more

I went in for my very first appointment with the NP. She was very nice. the nursing assistant was also very nice. I had no complaints about them! Very personable. However the office staff was beyond rude. This is my first baby and the entire office staff from the front desk, to the US staff made it seem like I was a bother to them. The US office staff spoke to me so rudely and would not wait for my husband who was three minutes away to go into the ultra sound. As a new mom this should have been an exciting time. It was beyond rushed and the UT women had me in the room for maybe 1 minute total. There was no one in the waiting area waiting so I didn't understand The rush. This ruined my entire experience and I will not even be staying to meet with a doctor. As a first time mom this is not the experience I was hoping for. Terrible experience with rude staff. read more

I have mixed feelings about the office, but love my doctor. I see Dr. Fullerton, and I love her. Very personable, not pushy, a great balance between cautious and laid-back. She has great bedside manner, and I never once doubted the quality of care I got from her. That said... they have a MAJOR problem with canceling appointments at the last-minute. The problem is that, even the day a doctor is on-call at the hospital, they still schedule office appointments. So they very frequently get called away with little warning. It was enormously frustrating to rearrange my own schedule for an appointment, only to have it changed mere hours before hand. The only other doctor I have experience with in the office is Dr. Druga. He's a very competent doctor and did a great job with my c-section (he was the doc on call when I went into labor - definitely no guarantee you'll have your own doctor that day). But I saw him for an office visit and he has AWFUL bedside manner. Not only did he criticize my weight (which Dr. Fullerton and my high-risk OB said were just fine, PLUS I was having twins), but then he remarked, "boy, got a lot of stretch marks, huh?" Yeah, like you needed to tell me that. Charming. So, I have reservations about the office, but I adore Dr. Fullerton and will continue going there. read more

I was a patient of Dr. Knee's at this practice. I had an appointment scheduled in January, unfortunately she passed away so understandably it got rescheduled to first available in March, they told me there was a chance I'd see the NP which was okay with me. That March appointment was cancelled two days prior and I rescheduled to next available, which was late April. That appointment was cancelled four days prior so I rescheduled to next available...June. My June appointment was cancelled via text with a message to call the office to reschedule. Suffice it to say my next call was to a new Dr. Office to find a new Dr. Finding a Dr that will take new patients isn't easy. I finally found one and her first available is October. So crossing my fingers that I don't have anything going on that should have been addressed back in January, March, April or June now that I have to wait until October. I'm not sure how Winchester OBGYN gets away with treating their patients this way and I'm sure Dr. Knee would be mortified to know that her patients were being pushed off time and time again. If you can't accommodate patients then perhaps you shouldn't be in practice. read more

Dr Druga completely failed me as my ob-gyn. I had been experiencing heavy bleeding for weeks at a time for about 1.5 years (breakthrough bleeding started 3 years prior) when I went to him in hopes that he would have more answers and solutions than my former physician. He saw that I had fibroids, knew that I was progressively worsening (to the point of not being able to stand or breathe from the excessive blood loss), and even with supportive urging from an emergency room doctor, gave me zero options. His solutions were to try every type of birth control in spite of knowing I have polycystic ovaries, and knowing that certain bc can cause cysts to come up and rupture. I had cysts rupture, possible ovarian torsion according to another ER doctor, and still, had zero support from Dr Druga. We talked about ablation (skimmed over it when I brought it up multiple times) but every time I went in I was pressed on the question "are you SURE you and your husband don't want kids?" --to the point where I said I would have to "get legal" if they asked again. At that point, I'm already bleeding so heavily that I cannot leave my home or hold a job, and Dr and his staff just wanted to make sure I could get pregnant in the future without having concern for my safety and well-being. Luckily my husband saw how depressed I would get not being able to even leave the house or when I would return from another visit at Winchester, and he made an appointment with Dr Curiale in Woburn for me. I had to wait almost a year to see her but the day I did, she scheduled me for a procedure to see if the fibroids were in a part of my uterus that could be causing the excessive bleeding. Within weeks I was in for a d&c (which I was never informed was an option at Winchester) and was recovering. I haven't bled abnormally since. My low dose birth control works. And I was never once invalidated. Shame on Dr Druga for making me suffer and especially for making me waste 4 days in Hawaii laying in bed while my body was trying to "birth" my larger fibroid. Dr Curiale has the worst bedside manner. When I went into labour, she was on call and she was my doctor. By the time i got in the hospital, she had an emergency c-section but after she her shift was over, she didn't even bother coming by to just tell me she is leaving for the day. And no doctor came to check on me for several hours! Even the next 2 days after my delivery she didn't bother stopping by to see her own patient and I know from the nurses that she was in the hospital. She also didn't read my previous medical report about my c-section which alerted another doctor about not trying vbac. She never pointed this out when talking about delivery this second time. I also didn't care about the practice. It's impossible to talk to someone. You have to leave a message and then they'll call you back. read more

Dr. Debra Knee is terrible. I have had problems before I moved to MA, was told by other doctors I trusted to get paps every 6 months. She waited a year to give me mine. I showed up originally for another doctor who had left and she suddenly was my doctor. I showed up thinking I was getting a pap and she did not do that but instead did an STD culture when I had not been active and had no symptoms. she did not inform me what she was doing and then I got a huge bill for it when I would not have been billed for a pap. I confronted her about it next time I went and she claimed she did it as standard since I was 26 years old. I think she was just money hungry. Additionally, their receptionists are never there. I called at 1:41 Pm today and was informed by their useless answering service to call back after 2:10 PM. unreasonable. read more

I am a patient of Dr. Druga. He is the most experienced doctor there. He may not always tell you what you want to hear but he is doing his job, making sure you and the baby are healthy. The most difficult part about Dr. Druga is that he is so popular it is difficult to see or speak with him directly, unless he is the dr on call. I have made appts while he was on call and they did warn me it was possible they would need to cancel. I havent had a cancellation but I have had to wait a long time because he was busy at the hospital. I have also seen Dr. Fullerton (while on call) and she was very nice. The assisting staff at the office is ok, they could be a little kinder. The nurses you get in Labor and Delivery (at winchester hospital) are a hit or miss. I have had amazing and supportive nurses and I have also had rude and lazy nurses. read more

Dr. Fullerton has a good bed side manor - she is friendly and personable as well as being very professional and competent. Unfortunately, the staff is lacking in skills. They tend to not respond to voice mails regarding cancellations or needing to reschedule or if you have a question that is non-urgent. Have to call multiple times during a day or week to get in touch with a live person. Fullerton is in my opinion the best doctor in that practice. Druga and Bose have unpleasant disposition and are rather arrogant and very snide with their patients. read more

The doctors at the winchester ob/gyn are excellent. I was Dr fullertons patient and she was awesome, its sad to know that she has left the practice. The only problem i had with them is that i could hardly reach them on phone. the many times i left messages with Dr. Druga's assistant, she never called back, so i had to physically go there to ask my question. she denied ever receiving any call and wasn't apologetic. similarly, the ladies at the front desk lack PR. they are Unsympathetic and should be trained on how to relate with patients. read more

I would definitely NOT recommend this practice. I have been with them since they were in their Winchester location, where I had no complaints. Once the practice moved to Woburn, they got too big, and the customer service suffered. Dr Bose was my doctor, and while I loved her as a physician, it was nearly impossible to see her...I was nearly 6 months pregnant with my second child before I was able to get an actual appointment with her!!! The medical assistants were constantly trying to triage your problems over the telephone, and its seemed like they would never give you a "sick" appointment unless you were pregnant. The last straw came for me when I changed insurance carriers and confirmed before my appointment that the practice took the insurance. The billing manager refused my insurance at the time if my visit, insisting that I would have to be self-pay even though I was able to get my insurance company on the telephone while I was in the waiting room. They have horrible customer service, are too big, and do not care for the individual patient, in my opinion. read more
