I have been wanting to come on here and give a positive review for months. When I found out I was…read morepregnant, I was overwhelmed and fearful. My pcp referred me to this practice and I am so glad she did! I saw Dr Bose, Heidi and Erin, and everyone from the front office staff to the nurses to the drs were fantastic. I had a tough pregnancy medical wise and everyone was so kind and understanding(and put up with all my questions!) They helped calm my nerves and told me exactly what I needed to do for my health and my baby boys health. Today my son is a happy, healthy kiddo and I credit this practice so much for helping me(and him) get there. Dr Bose and her team know their stuff and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone

Don't do it. As a woman who has never gone through this experience before do not trust this office…read moreto provide appropriate care. Some things to anticipate if you work with this group. -Expect your appointment to be canceled an hour before. - Expect to show up to your scheduled appointment and be notified it never had been booked or even ordered by the provider. - You will not receive any information about your genetics testing results. If you request the results they will call you 4 days later. - They will refuse to provide you with a basic ultrasound, which is standard at nearby facilities. Their reasoning will be it is " not covered by your insurance and there is no need if you have a heartbeat". This is absolutely covered by your insurance and in fact you should have two ultrasounds before your anatomy scan. - You might as well buy your own blood pressure cuff and Doppler off of Amazon because that is the extent of the care they will provide to you. - Don't expect a call back when you need the provider's assistance because they will never be in the office and there will be no alternative provider that they can utilize. - If the practice is poorly run then you at least hope the provider is absolutely incredible and personable. Don't wait to see if you love the provider you have been matched with because they will be " fine" and not justify the lack of care you have receive prior to that point.

CHAOTIC MANAGEMENT and SURPRISING BILL. I had a referral…read moreletter from my PCP, gave it to Dr. Wu's office on the day of visit, and also made my copay. A month later, I received a surprisingly full bill from the Hallmark. The bill wrote they "do not have a valid referral". I called the Hallmark billing dept, and was told to contact my PCP, confirm the referral in file, then request Wu's office to submit the referral and the bill. After several looped call, Wu's office refused to do so, just said "they DONT do referrals, DONT do billings". So what do they do? How come I received the bill if they don't do billings? Really awful services, so irritating. I kept asking Wu's office and they finally admitted that they had the referral letter in my profile. If they do nothing, shall I just do nothing as well?

I love NP Paige. She gets five stars. She is empathetic, has great bedside manner and truly cares…read moreabout her patients. Everyone on the phone is also lovely, hard-working and cooperative. I never have a problem calling in or calling the nurses to ask a question. I hesitated writing this review, but I feel like it's important people are informed about the treatment they may receive from the front desk staff here. Not only is the staff openly cold and brusque, their process and demeanor aren't the greatest. I would give the staff and the way the patients are processed one star. I have a lot of health issues so I'm at a lot of doctor's offices. I have been at least to ten different specialists, my PCP, a dentist and oral surgeon this year alone. Yes. At these offices, if I have a scheduled appointment, I show up at least fifteen minutes early to fill out paperwork, deal with insurance information, and the person at the front desk has no problem with intake or even saying hello. Their set-up is just bizarre and seems mildly against HIPAA or something, as you have to write your reason for visit on a sign in page that anyone can look at next to your full name. I default to overtly polite and reasonable to a fault in clinical settings. Once I had to wait over an hour for my scheduled appointment because of their sign in system. It was really early in the morning and as I approached the front desk to greet the dark-haired staff member, she grumpily pointed to the sign in sheet and cut me off mid-sentence - "sign in please." (Again, I've been subjected to this treatment at least three or four times. I once even saw her talking to another patient so I figured after she was done I could at least say good morning, but I was cut off mid-sentence again.) I lifted the plastic covering the sheet of paper, signed my name and reason for visit and time of arrival, then sat down in the narrow waiting area. I was fifteen minutes early. Fifteen minutes passed and I was not called into the appointment. Fine. Twenty minutes passed, I figured they were backed up. Ten more minutes, nothing. I see my NP come in and take another patient. I figured maybe I was double booked and the other patient had a more important issue, so I didn't say anything. After forty minutes of waiting, the front desk person came up to me sheepishly and asked when I got there, had I been there the whole time? Yes, I signed in on the sheet. No apologies, nothing. The staff member coldly laughed and looked at the sheet, and I guess the first page had stuck to the plastic and I ended up signing in on the second sheet and she didn't say my name. She said nothing else about this, no apology, and took my insurance information. When I got back to my seat, I wasn't able to hold back my tears at that point and began crying, trying the best I could to not cry and alarm other people around me. I hid my face with my sleeves and made use of the tissues. I was sick, in extreme pain from my chronic illness and extremely vulnerable, fed up with the extreme hurdle it seemed to be to simply be able to give my name and verify my insurance information (which I have to do every time I go to the office?) with the front desk and give them my co-payment. Again, having a chronic illness and chronic pain is really not a great time and having to go to at least three or four doctor's a week is enough of a pain - the mistakes, cold attitudes and being unable to even exchange basic pleasantries with the person you have to see once or twice a month to get access to care doesn't really help. When I finally got in to see my NP over an hour after my appointment was originally scheduled, I apologized profusely *to her* and explained I wasn't an hour late, that I was actually fifteen minutes early and I had signed in on the wrong sheet or something. She apologized to me! The multiple visits I've had where the staff has made me feel completely unwelcome and stupid for even deigning to enter the practice has actually compelled me to book elsewhere and I have an appointment somewhere else next week for my issue. I have to go in to sign over my medical release forms to my new doctor and I'm not looking forward to trying to explain while being cut off that I don't need to sign in, that I simply need to write a signature on a form.

Dr. Chun is the best doctor I have ever had. I had Class 1 HELLP Syndrome in a previous pregnancy,…read moreso when choosing an ob-gyn, I needed to select a provider who had the knowledge of how to give me appropriate care, but also listen to me and take any concerns/side effects that I experience with the upmost concern. Dr. Chun is very educated, informative, and respectful to his patients. Additionally, all of the front desk staff and nurses are kind, personable, and professional. Any of my concerns are addressed with the upmost care. Despite Massachusetts being an area dense with top rated medical care, you'd be shocked to know how many ob-gyn are quick to shrug their patients off, thus resulting in awful outcomes for mothers and infants. Dr. Chun's expertise, coupled with the wonderfully pleasant demeanor of the staff, create nothing short of a 5 star experience.

They don't answer the phones in the morning, don't answer in the afternoon, don't worry though they get a nice long lunch where they ALSO don't answer the phone. I used to be a patient there but was never able to get in because they would constantly change and cancel appointments. One time they called me to tell me they had changed the date and time of my appointment, I explained I couldn't go to the new appointment because I have to work (Like everyone else in society!!) and they were shocked. Also every time I went here there was a blonde nurse with a real sour puss attitude, everything annoyed her. She once answered a question the doctor asked me and I had to interrupt her and correct the wrong information she was giving. I was only 18 at the time, the whole thing was so odd. Anyway I left because I couldn't get any appointments or care there anyway and years later (now) needed my medical records to see a specialist for surgery. I had a pretty serious undiagnosed gynecological problem but I can't even blame them for that because, hey, they never saw me. I called multiple times to get my records sent over to my current doctors which for some reason they were never able to do, they also told me they could not give me any printouts without charging me. They sent me over to records who sent me back. One of the admin told me "I had no idea what I was talking about" when I asked about getting my own medical records. I basically threatened legal action and they had me go to a place in Medford I had never been to FINALYY get my own health records so I could get the life saving surgery I needed. Please if you have any issues above a pap smear DON'T GO HERE. They can't do or handle anything.
