My wife and I are first-time homebuyers. It is a huge and overwhelming process at any time, but especially in the current market. Lucky for us, we have an amazing team of people supporting us along the way. Mike and Haley Palmer of WIM Home Inspection has been a huge part of our success. Buying a home is a huge deal and Mike and his attention to detail and the thoroughness of his inspection saved us so much time and money. After a couple of failed attempts, when we finally did find a home that we loved, we were so happy to go through the inspection and have Mike give it a clean bill of health. Not only was he thorough but he was patient and kind with all of our questions taking time to explain to us the nuance of a home inspection, what we look out for, etc. In addition to this, my wife is an educator and they kindly gave us an educators discount which really helps when it when faced with this huge new expense in our lives. So grateful for you both. Cannot recommend Mike and Haley Palmer and WIN Home Inspection enough. read more

Michael was extremely thorough in his inspection report. One thing I truly appreciated about him and his wife was their professionalism and openness -- I requested to be present throughout the entire inspection to observe the process firsthand, and they had no issue accommodating that. Although this isn't a common practice, they welcomed it, and I learned a great deal by being there in person. They also offered me a veteran discount, which I genuinely appreciated. I would highly recommend Michael for the exceptional detail and value he provides. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his clients, not just the transaction. He also encouraged me to reach out anytime in the future with questions related to the home inspection, which was very reassuring and showed his continued commitment to customer service. Michael is an extremely knowledgeable professional with whom it is such a pleasure to interact. He has done 2 home inspections for me. He goes in depth about each problem area, explaining why it is indeed a problem, and what would likely happen if the problem was not addressed. His anecdotal tips from how to keep your sliders sliding to the best surfaces that can be sanitized are priceless. Haley is great at making sure everyone has what they need and her follow up is fantastic. These are great people doing great work. Thank you so much! read more
