Our real estate agent hired, with our approval, TurnKey Property Inspectors to inspect a property that we were in the process of buying. I met the inspector at the property and offered to accompany him during his inspection. He declined my offer. Over the next half an hour or so, I saw him take a ladder to the roof and dress in protective gear to go under the house and into the attic. After he finished, he walked me through his findings making sure that I understood his discoveries. His written report was delivered a few days later. After the inspection, I discussed one of the findings with the seller. The seller agreed with the finding and resolved the issue. After reading the report, I am reasonably confident that the inspection was thorough and there will no, or very few, surprises with our new home. read more

Jesse Gowers with turn key mistook pinpoint size blemishes on a bathroom floor for mouse droppings and wrote a recommendation for contacting with pest a pest control company for my house! He is either blind, mean or stupid. He also wrote than an AC system needed servicing based solely on not seeing a sticker of inspection on the exterior unit, although he noted is functioned properly .Steer clear of this Bozo! read more

I have had lots of property inspections and never really been satisfied. However, Jesse changed all that. First, he is one heck of a nice guy. Second, his prices are great. I bought a new house, with a 1 year warranty and so I could not see the point of getting it inspected, it's new right? Wrong. My realtor insisted on it and boy was she right. Jesse found problems with roof tiles not nailed down, some cracked and defective. There was electrical that was not done correctly. His online report noted that the garage door made grinding noises when opening and above that was a video that you could click on to see the problem. I am buying from out of the area, so it was like actually being there. I cannot say enough, about how pleased I am with the job Jesse did and the outcome, which was to ask the builder to correct 24 defects, some major.
