Our real estate agent hired, with our approval, TurnKey Property Inspectors to inspect a property…read morethat we were in the process of buying. I met the inspector at the property and offered to accompany him during his inspection. He declined my offer. Over the next half an hour or so, I saw him take a ladder to the roof and dress in protective gear to go under the house and into the attic. After he finished, he walked me through his findings making sure that I understood his discoveries. His written report was delivered a few days later. After the inspection, I discussed one of the findings with the seller. The seller agreed with the finding and resolved the issue. After reading the report, I am reasonably confident that the inspection was thorough and there will no, or very few, surprises with our new home.

His reports are very easy to read and do a great job summarizing all the issues that need to be addressed. Jack has done several inspections for me over the last year. One inspection saved me from buying a home with hidden disasters (which were not fully uncovered until going into the crawl space). His rates are about the same as other inspectors in the area. Jack is prompt, courteous, and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Jack. He does a much better job than inspectors I have used in other cities.
