After 3 inspectors were working for several hours, they were not rushing, and careful to cover everything. I met the inspector at the property and offered to accompany him during his inspection. He declined my offer. Over the next half an hour or so, I saw him take a ladder to the roof and dress in protective gear to go under the house and into the attic. After he finished, he walked me through his findings making sure that I understood his discoveries. His written report was delivered a few days later. After the inspection, I discussed one of the findings with the seller. The seller agreed with the finding and resolved the issue. After reading the report, I am reasonably confident that the inspection was thorough and there will no, or very few, surprises with our new home.
