We needed our shower head to work properly, as well as the tub drain and overflow connected. He spent a good half of the day working on it, since it was a very tight and difficult area. I appreciated his patience through that project. He got it done and kept his cool! Price transparency here, it was $1,600 due to having to take out the old plumbing and put all new stuff in. He did have to go to the hardware store to get the right stuff for it. The second incident was an emergency call about our toilet tank breaking, causing a minor flooding of the bathroom. It was at the end of day, so the correspondent got off us in touch with the on call plumber asap. Brad called me within ten mins of me calling the dispatcher. We got a new toilet installed and the water shut off switch needed to be replaced, due to it being 25 year old toilet. Toilet installation was $450 but the valve replacement made it a bit more. Total bill was $720. All that being said, we have tried to do plumbing jobs on our own, and they have equated to more grief and stress than anything else. It has not saved us time or money. These guys took care of us and communicated thoroughly throughout the process.

I found the company online called after hours and somebody actually picked up the phone not only was she knowledgeable like no other she was friendly and absolutely knew her stuff. She accommodated my urgent situation and the next day the company got even better. Cody, a hard-working. Friendly young gentlemen exceeded my expectations. Between the two of them, they took such a huge stress off my plate and made me feel that the situation is going to be handled.! I took a sigh of relief and just let them do their thing!! in a short conversation with Cody I asked him where he got his work ethics, he mentioned that he was raised on a farm. Boy are they a different breed! Not afraid to work hard, not afraid to do a little extra, even though I personally missed it, he just handled it and handled it right! You can tell this Company is not going to do anything half ass! I highly recommend them!

However; one of the reasons I selected this business (and paid more than other bids) is because of the 2-year warranty that they offered, which turned out to be useless. When the 2-year mark arrived, it was like pulling teeth to get Adam to honor his warranty. He would ghost me for long stretches. After several months of nagging, I did eventually get him to come out, but he had one crew member who spent about 1.5 hours working on the bubbled areas (and there were lots!). Adam assured me his crew would sand/scrape the bubbled areas, but they didn't do that. The guy just slapped paint over the spots. Obviously, that isn't going to hold. Now, I am faced with fixing the mess myself. All of that nagging for 1.5 hours of work by one guy! They also wouldn't fix the front door which had not fared well over the 2 years and the wood was splitting. If you care at all about the warranty, I would skip this contractor. And I certainly will NOT be a repeat customer.
