This review is 1.5 months late because I wanted to be sure that the repairs made by Felip at GME Plumbing held up after he completed the plumbing work. I took pictures and sent them to Felip and he provided a reasonable estimate which included parts and labor, so we hired him. Felip and his helper did excellent work, left the place clean, and took away the rubbish. We paid the price in his estimate; there were no surprise extra charges. He 1) Repaired a leaking shower, replaced seat of valve with a special tool. Two previous plumbers only changed the washers and the leaks never stopped. 2) Replaced washing machine valves located behind shower wall. 3) Removed an old leaky toilet and replaced it with a new toilet. It's been over a month since the repairs were completed and there have been no leaks. The water bill is 40% less because of the repairs Felip made. We are very happy with Felip's work and will definitely use him again should we have further plumbing issues.

We set up an appointment for early Monday morning and Niko was there promptly and even made arrangement to arrive earlier than we first agreed upon. Niko arrived on time, reviewed the current installation, provide a more than fair price for the job and once agreed upon, had the model water heater I requested with a service crew onsite within 30 minutes. The job was completed within a few hours and the water heater was fired up without issue. Their crew was professional and respectful and after only a few hours, we had a new water heater installed. They even corrected some faulty plumbing mistakes made by the last "plumber" that installed the prior water heater. Niko returned a bit later in the day to inspect the work done by his crew and to sign-off on the job. These guys are my new go-to plumbers for my house in Queens, NY.
