He was also going to paint the frame when he brought the new screen. He said it should arrive by the end of the week. Over the last 6 weeks, I have called and left messages, most of which were ignored. When I finally talked to the salesman after 3 1/2 weeks, he said it would be in the next week and he'd call. When I hadn't heard from him a week after that date, he said he'd check on it and get "right back" to me. Again nothing and again he didn't return my message the next day. Luckily, I hadn't paid anything and have since found a screen online. I don't know if this is now typical of YB&D customer service. They converted my fireplace from wood-burning to gas several years ago and I was beyond pleased with their service. I'm disappointed and bewildered as to why the negative service now.

Went to get samples in the store and found several stamped "Sheoga" Come to find out, their floors are actually made by a company in Pennsylvania called Sheoga. They are middle man at best selling Sheogas floors at a huge markup. Ripoff!
