I explained to him that it had to be perfect since we are selling our home. My house was a huge challenge.....VERY dirty. I have 2 large decks, ranch style home with many windows. We had both decks, entire house, sidewalk, cement porch, all windows and the screens for a low price. Each job is different and priced accordingly, so I will not disclose what I paid, but it was $150 less than the competitors. They arrived on time and ready to work! I had green mold on the north side of the house that I thought would never come off....I was wrong. They offered quality work and they took great care in what they did. Luke, the crew leader was so polite and prior to leaving asked if we could do a walk around to make sure it was to my satisfaction. It was.
