This is fairly close to my house so I was in the area and called and they said they could probably get it done today but for sure by the next day if they got busy and had to keep it overnight. When I arrive to my surprise they were fixing it right away. I just browsed in the shop for 10 minutes while they filled up the tire and I was on my way. Great people and a nice local shop to support. Think I found a new place to take my bike when I need it fixed. I will be supporting them in the future.

My bike stopped working about a month after the rain incidents. When I took the bike in for repair I was told the bike had been submerged and the warranty was voided! Submerged!!! this company will do and say anything to avoid warranty repairs! Do not buy an Admotor and do not buy from this sleazy dealer! I waited for 8 days while all calls and emails to this dealer went unanswered. I finally went in to check on my bike and he claimed he was too busy to answer the phone, which when I walked in, his phone was about 1 foot from his hand on the desk! I called admotor customer service and was told all warranty had to be handled through Charged Ecycles. When I went to ask him why he wouldn't help he said it was up to Admotor . Admotor sent me back to him! When I went to pick up my trike i was told he didn't like me and not to come back! I am handicapped and he even refused to help me load the bike! I had ask for help from people walking by to load it up and take my worthless bike back home! Of course he doesn't like me. Who wants to hear from a customer whose $3000.00 purchase only lasted two months~!

We searched businesses in Logan that sold Thule racks and found The Sportsman. Arriving at the store, I explained our situation to a friendly gentleman (turned out to be Mark) who explained the modern Thule products very thoroughly. I was pretty candid explaining that I'd brought no tools (from Phoenix, our home) but Mark didn't hesitate a moment to commit to assemble and install. Finishing the installation, Mark took a bike from his store and demonstrated all of the loading and locking features of this new Thule rack. Wow, what a great improvement from our earlier model! So, if you're ever in Logan and need good clothing, equipment and, particularly, bicycles and accessories, visit The Sportsman. They've always done a fantastic job, treated me well and at bargain prices! When a store does a great job, often times it's difficult to show appreciation for a job well done, so it is my pleasure to give Sportsman five stars. I recently took my bicycle to them with some problems I was experiencing with some grinding in the peddle bearings, I told them I was afraid I needed a new set of bearings, that I had wore mine out. They could have easily sold me an expensive set of new bearings, but they didn't, they were honest in their work, explained to me that the bearings were just dirty and needed a good cleaning, which they did for me at a great price. I was prepared to pay a high price, but instead was taken care of honestly and with great integrity, I appreciated that so much that I wanted to share my experience with you. It's not a huge store, but dang they have a lot packed into it! The employees were super-fun, as well as helpful. I was asking questions comparing the large air horn to the small one, and so the young male Associate told me to come outside with him, and we'd try them out! And so we did! I have to say, we all giggled a bunch in the process. But hey, i appreciate that they want to SHOW me so that I can make the right choice! It did, in fact, help me make a decision. They had a good selection, and they also had a bunch of stuff outside on clearance. Looked like some good stuff! We picked-up a few other things as well. Enjoyed the store. A little bit of everything, but not a lot of one thing, and not a wide variety in quality either of that one thing. Service has been good in my few stops by. If you wait for sales, or fill out their marketing cards, you can usually get an additional 10 to 15% off your purchase, and save some extra money.

What a huge mistake, there were only 3 people in the store and one employee (a younger boy) when I went in ( no greeting ) as he finished up with a young man in the store he finally addressed me. I believe he said I'll be a minute and went over to a young lady who had been there when I came in which was fine since she was there before me. He checked on something going on with backing up her phone and then came back over to assist me in replacing my screen protector that I had dropped and cracked. I've never felt like more of an unwanted customer. He said it would be $12.00 and I told him I usually go to the South Logan Zagg store and they charge me $10.00. He didn't bother to explain that the price had gone up ( if that is the case ) since I last visited my regular Zagg store and he made it seem like replacing my screen protector was something he would rather not be doing with his time. I will never visit the North Logan store again. Whenever I go to the South Logan store I am always welcomed in and I am treated almost as if I am family ( on the good side ). I have never felt unwelcome at any other store except the North Logan store.
