Tim was the first one to answer, and my situation was very complicated. He did call me back as he promised he would, since he was with a client at the time. He LISTENS very well and asks questions to understand. He was very clear and professional about signatures and ensuring that the people involved were treated respectfully, and we actually ended up not getting anything notarized, even though he went to the location. This was not his fault; it was due to the person not being in the right capacity. I wanted someone to understand and listen, I wanted integrity and I needed speed, he was able to provide all of these things. I cannot put too much personal information, but when I say Tim went above and beyond, I mean that with everything in me. If and when the time comes, if we need any notary services again in his area, we will absolutely call him. I cannot express my thanks to him and cannot recommend anyone more than I recommend calling Tim!! Oh! and he is affordable!

A disheveled young girl was assisting and had a nasty attitude. I asked for pricing and she gave me a higher price than the previous day. I said no thank you, I'll come back another day. She called for some young guy to ask about prices and he gave an even higher number per gram, showing inconsistent prices based on the employee you ask. My mother asked how the diamonds work and the young woman said I'm not getting into that because he just denied me. So I said "you can't answer her question because I didn't buy from you? What's your problem, what are you giving attitude for? She responded are you serious right now and then asked to get some boy out who came from behind the counter, not to de- escalate or actually give some customer service but to ask us to leave. He's apparently the owners son and couldn't provide any service or consistent pricing. If you see an older white gentleman or an older guy with jet black hair, buy. If you see children who look like they have trouble speaking to people, leave! Very disappointed considering I was going to spend 2500 on a silver chain and a gold bracelet. Wish I bought it yesterday but now I doubt I would be back again. Lost a repeat customer today.

The staff was very nice but we had a mix up at pick up & they gave me the wrong comforters at first. When we found the correct ones i realized after i got home that one came out very starchy & stiff. Will be back for the wash & fold if another emergency happens but i will probably look for another cleaners for my comforters. *edit: The owner Betty is very sweet & called me after this review was posted. The 4 star still stands and i still agree their customer service was good. As stated before, the staff was very nice to me but Betty calling me was the cherry on top! I can tell customer service is very important to them.
