Unbelievable!!!! The Manager of this pawn shop threatened to kill me with his gun in the store in front of cameras and witnesses and called me by the F word without a provocation on my part.....in front of my wife and his friendly employee who had been helping me with my pawn items for about an hour....... Yes he threatened to go get his gun in the back room and kill me with his gun!!! Managers Exact Words!! Then Manager ran into his back room behind the counter I assumed to get his gun so he could kill me!!!....and so I and my wife and little dog out the door !!!! Naturally I called the Sheriff and reported this pawn shop manager and his death threats to the Sheriff authorities immediately ASAP after The Violent threats against my life were made by this deranged maniac out-of-control Manager went to get his gun to shoot and kill me !!!! Next step is to contact his boss the owner of this pawnshop and tell him to look at the video to prove that the manager of his store threatened to kill an old 73 year old customer who was trying to get a little extra money by pawning some great items in his store..... So I highly recommend that No one ever shop at this pawnshop in Riverview until the Owner fires him before he actually does kill somebody and is arrested for the rest of his life to rot in jail or face the electric chair for actually killing somebody like he thre to kill me today!!! I chose this pawn shop because of the good reviews. I didn't go here to pawn or buy anything (I was getting my watch band adjusted), but I overheard the owner (?) talking to another customer about her items. He was being honest and friendly with her, and even though he couldn't give her what she was asking for her items, he made suggestions of other ways she could sell them. AND he helped her carry them back out to her car. For my small task, I got the same great customer service. Easy chitchat, a fair price, and a few laughs while I waited for him to finish up. I went to Gold and Metals Depot just to look at wedding rings I was going to purchase. The quality of the products and cleanliness of the business didn't resemble any other pawn shop I had ever seen. It was like a Macys store with a wide variety of products to choose from. Not only did i purchase a wedding set for my wife from the stores owner Andy. I also grabbed a great deal on a laptop computer. The customer service that the actual owner of this business was beyond expectations. I went in to sell some coins left to me by my deceased father. I did my research before I went in so I had an idea of the value of what I was selling. Jacob was absolutely fantastic! He did his own research and his valuations were completely in line with what I was expecting. Pawn shops often get a bad rap because some in the industry try to take advantage of customers.
