The owner of this establishment got totally butt hurt by my review of the superficial edge his store has. He totally ignored the fact that we had a great experience with the staff members we encountered. We weren't railroaded or pressured in any way. We were happy in all ways. I also found the atmosphere in there superficial. Well, when they totally cancelled my account unilaterally, telling me that I'm no longer welcome to step foot in there. They also told me he preferred I return the ring (with which my wife is totally pleased) and give me a full refund. Well as I stated earlier, I'd not step foot in here again anyway. My exact words..."Would I return again? Double hell no!" I still say the same. For one thing, as I also stated, I have little regard for jewelry and baubles as it is. Then "someone" had the nerve to sift through all 260+ of my Yelp reviews, call ME rude and mean spirited before attacking ME. That also goes to prove my point of the superficiality surrounding this business, aka the Grand Central Terminal of jewelry stores. If "management" sees fit to kick me out of the store and refuse to allow me back, that's "their" business, even saying "they" would keep me in "their" prayers!? I was very disappointed with my experience there. Went to get a ring appraised and what happened was we got a offer of $650 for a $13,000 dollar ring. Either the woman did not know what she was doing or she was trying to rip us off big time. I did go and get the ring appraised and it was as I said $13000. So think twice before going there.
