Services at Jeweler's Bench always exceed my expectation. I took my rings for resizing and cleaning. They expediated the service to accommodate my overseas trip. Price is reasonable. My rings looked like new and sparkling. I also browsed their jewelry collections. There are some beautiful pieces, perfect for gift to family and friends. The owner, Juan is very friendly to talk to. He makes me feel safe to bring my Jewelries to his shop for services. I highly recommend Jeweler's Bench. read more

I got this ring at an antique store year ago and I really loved the style. However as I wore it all the time it needed a little TLC. I'm so glad I found this place. They did a great job bringing this ring to life. It was never that sparkly when I got it years ago and not I can't stop looking at it! If you need jewelry repaired or if you're in the market for something custom, definitely check them out! Super friendly customer service and quality work! read more

This shop exceeded my expectations. The customer service was excellent and they took their time to explain to me the process of creating a custom piece from beginning to end, which gave me a sense of confidence and trust in their work. The team took my wife's original engagement ring and transformed it into a ring that blew past our expectations. The craftsmanship was outstanding and the they beat expectations on time to fulfill. After getting some preliminary quotes from multiple jewelers, the final cost also exceeded my expectation. If you are looking to get a custom piece of jewelry made, this is the spot to go. Juan and his staff are experts in this line of work and will not disappoint. If I could give more than 5, stars I would. I'm happy to see small businesses delivering exceptional products and outstanding customer service in our community. read more

yes, they did it again ......exceeded my expectations! It seems that year, w we come from Ohio, I bring them a problem. So of course in keeping with tradition I brought them a ring with a missing stone. And, in keeping with the tradition they once again did a stellar repair. They set the bar high on workmanship, customer service and quality. Always they are friendly, and eager to please even though I am not a high-dollar costumer....but they treat me like one. I hope I can stop in to make a purchase! Thank you Jeweler's Bench for your exceptional work and customer service. Barb Frantz read more

Jeweler's Bench is a 5 business! I've needed to get my engagement/wedding band sized for a couple years now due to a big weight loss and them no longer fitting snug. I kept putting it off because I didn't want to have to have my jewelry mailed out and worry if I'd get them back. Jeweler's Bench not only resized my rings, but they also reapplied the rhodium, and cleaned them. They have them shining brighter than I remember them shining. Highly recommended!! I look forward to future business with them! read more

All we needed were some new batteries for our watches. My wife and I were first time customers. They could not have been more appreciative for our business and greeted us with such a friendly demeanor. Even watching other customers near us, we could tell they too were pleased and happy to work with the Jeweler's Bench employees. I'm sure those other customers were repeat business and after our pleasant experience there, we too will be repeat customers. read more

It wasn't a big job, but I was impressed! My father passed away several years ago, and I found an old watch in a box of his "stuff". It wasn't working so I stopped by this store on my afternoon bike ride to see if it was "fixable". I didn't meet "Juan" but the young lady who helped me was friendly, courteous, and helpful. To make a long story short, they replaced the battery and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes with a now-functioning watch, and the cost was $12 and change. Thanks for the excellent service! read more

Two batteries in my watches fixed in no time. Super clean. Super friendly. I was out of there in no time and had some nice conversation while I waited. Great find! read more

Had the pleasure of stepping into this hidden gem (pun intended) for the first time last week. Jeweler's bench is worthy of these 5 stars and then some! We had some repairs to be done on a ring and bracelet. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. Quick turnaround. Flawless work. The owner encouraged me to drop off my rings anytime I am in the area for free cleaning. Yes please! Thank you for the beautiful work and we will see you again! read more

Fantastic Fast & Friendly Service! I can't say enough how happy I am to have discovered this hidden gem...pun intended lol As always I waited until the last minute to have one of my favorite jewelry sets cleaned and ring resized with just one day until vacation. I highly recommend this jeweler! These people are not like the typical mass scale jewelers around. They are very hospitable, kind, and confident in their work. I had a simple ring sizing done and it looks perfect and fits perfectly. We even discussed redesigning a piece I have, and I didn't feel pressured at all. If I ever need any more work done I will use them again for sure. read more

Had a terrific experience with Juan and his associates this week. Took a ring in for repair and a necklace for cleaning. Both were ready in 3 days, which I consider lightening fast compared to other places I have used in the past. Employees are very concerned about giving you the service you deserve. Plus, they play great music while you wait for them to serve customers ahead if you!! read more

This is such a beautiful store where everyone cares! I had to get my 30 year old wedding ring repaired. Many chain stores stated they could not due it. Not even a question when I brought it in. It looks so great and was done in two days! I can't say enough!!! read more

I had 3 rings resized and within 3 hours of getting them back 2 diamonds had fallen out. After a couple of weeks, they replaced the diamonds and within 4 days, 1 diamond fell out. Juan would not replace even though Lorine had told me she would. He said it wasn't their fault, that this was a manufacturer's defect on my ring. I've had this ring for 18 years and I never had a problem until they touched it! He offered to replace the diamond at cost which I refused. It's too late for me, but save yourself the time, money and heartache. read more

Juan and his team are masters of their craft! They took my wedding ring of 32 years and created a masterpiece! My husband and I are thrilled with the outcome! This is the first time I ever left my ring with a jeweler! Juan and his team made me feel so comfortable! I am so grateful to all of them! Most of all, my ring is magnificent! I highly recommend Jeweler's Bench! read more

My new engagement ring was quickly sized where we got it, but left it weak and it cracked. I took the ring to my usual jeweler, however due to the setting, they did not feel comfortable working on it. After reading reviews about Jewelers Bench, I went to see Juan. I am so glad I did! He explained how he would go about the sizing and adding more gold. His knowledge and customer service was excellent! The price was almost half the price of the other place, and was completed as quoted. It looks brand new. I am so happy to have a new jeweler close by. Will definitely return! read more

If you are looking for a quality jeweler with fast, friendly service, you search is over,...use this jeweler! My engagement ring needed to be resized. Most places take 1-2 weeks and cost twice as much. I was so excited to get a call that my ring was ready much earlier than anticipated. It fits perfectly and looks brilliant! read more

I am 48, have traveled around the world and frequented many Jewelers. I happen to have a ring that was custom made by a Native American artist and it lost one of its stones. This ring has great sentimental value to me. I was surprised how challenging it was to find anyone that would even consider looking at it to repair in the Tampa area. After one quick conversation with Jewlers Bench I headed down to see them.. I was impressed with how well they listened to my concerns, their professional knowledge, how well they communicate, and their meticulous attention to details. While we chatted they cleaned my wedding ring at no charge.. I have had it cleaned many times past but they cleaned it better than I have ever seen (still spalling weeks later).. I left my Native American ring with them. They were quickly able to find a perfect matching natural stone to replace the lost one (very hard to find), they shaped and replaced the stone, improved the remaining stones and cleaned the ring at a very reasonable price. FANTASTIC!! I am not only impressed with their workmanship and efficiency. In a short time we shared stories that revealed the sincere quality of the people that own this wonderful business. I not only found a business, fine craftsmen and artist, I found very good people I value and trust. I have shared my story with my family so they know where to go and wanted to post this for public view as well. Please support this local owned and amazing business in our community. We are fortunate to have them. read more
