Most places are hit or miss and I leave clothes concerned about the results. From the start, I had confidence in Kelly. She took the time for me to try the jackets on and knew what the length should be based on the type of jacket. I've been a couple different places where the people didn't know how things should look, only asking what I wanted and if that looked ok. I left two jackets with her to hem the sleaves. My jackets came back in a week and the sleeves were $25 each. They are perfect. The stitching is excellent, the fit is exactly how it should be and the jackets don't look hemmed. The sleeve cuffs are straight and look original. I'll be back here for all my alteration needs.

Don't waste you're time and money…read more I took a tuxedo to be fixed. After trying it on, the lady came from the back and said there was enough material to loosen the jacket and pants. When I picked up the suit, I was told there wasn't enough material in the jacket to loosened it so they just fixed the pants. I tried to explain that it was a suit and only fixing the pants didn't help me at all. The man that works there said I should have told him not to fix the pants, if they couldn't fix the jacket, but i didn't know until I picked up the suit and I was initially told both could be altered. He said he didn't care and I believe him. ****** If they didn't tell me there was enough material in the jacket to loosen it, I wouldn't have left the suit to be altered at all. ******

One of the charges was $40 to take in two seams on an unlined dress. Not only is that a 5 minute job they price gouged me on, when I went to put the dress on today, the seams are puckered (see pic). The other dress was ok but not great, and the jeans will have to be taken elsewhere the job was done so horribly. Save your money and go elsewhere, I know I will be.
