The technician acknowledged the incident while in our home and advised that multiple components would require replacement. Management--despite never visiting our home, inspecting the shower, examining the damaged components, or witnessing the incident--subsequently provided an account that was materially inconsistent with what occurred and with what the technician told us at the time. Mulvaney also initially issued an invoice before later instructing us to disregard it. We have repeatedly requested clear documentation and information so this matter can be resolved appropriately. Instead, we have encountered an aggressive and defensive response from management, and we are now having to seek recovery for the damage through formal channels. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. I would strongly encourage customers to photograph and document everything before any work begins and to obtain all findings and representations in writing.
