In addition to the usual email confirmation of the appointment, when the technician was on his way they provided a tracker where I could see (on a map) how far away he was. As far as the work, Brett helped us identify a couple of small gas leaks in the basement of our recently purchased home. He addressed both in an hour or two and even removed an additional empty pipe that wasn't needed along the gas line. Recommended team! Will have them back for our sump pump & water heater needs.

The bathtub had to be done multiple times as inexperienced people failed to fix the problem. The water heater was a comedy of errors. First, it worked fine ans was not an emergency but following building guidelines. The simple task was to tak a unit OUT of a closet and out a new one IN the closet. What happened? 1) they used the wrong size until and had to cut draining trays to wedge the unit into the closet 2) they completely tore the door and frame apart to get the unit in the closet 3) went back on their promise to pay for 50% of the repairs---they should have paid all of them but I wanted to end the crazy cycyle Net net, the work was not good and the support to fix it was worse.

There was no proof since they didn't test the furnace before starting their maintenance. Fine, I'll take the hit for that. However, here's the worst part of Tyler's service. They took 2 weeks to order the part, and said it may take 2 more weeks for the other part. They had no status as to what's taking so long. They don't call or text to give you an update. I called a different company after cancelling their service. It took 2 days to get my boiler back up and running. They got the parts in 24 hours and scheduled a technician to come out right away. Charged half the price for the correct parts. Stay away from Tyler Heating and Air. Their back office was rude and didn't care if your appliances are working or not.

If you need a simple plumber to show up late to fix something simple like a leaky faucet then these…read moreare your guys, but if you need something done that requires skill and finesse then look elsewhere. These twits will leave you with more damage than you started with then overcharge you for incompetent, sloppy work then go cry about how they're doing the best they can and they don't understand why you're dissatisfied with the extra damage that they'll deny they even caused. Find yourself an actual decent plumber, these guys do crap work and then charge an arm and a leg for it. If you do have the misfortune of hiring them, take before pictures so you have proof how sloppy their work is. The owner that answers the phone is a defensive and whiney little prick with zero people skills and if you insult him or his guys' work he threatens to send his guys back over to "talk." And if you point out that their work is not complete he'll say "you must have money issues." Strong words coming from a plumber. The guy he sent didn't even have all the proper equipment and had to use my tools. Unfortunately that crook already made off with my check and he threatened to call the cops when I confronted him about the job I paid for not being done and then blocked me. Avoid these clowns. The owner is a crook and a crybaby. And to the owner - don't worry about coming back, you muppet. I fixed the problem myself. Sad little owner also censors reviews on his own website only approving 5 star reviews to make himself look good. Avoid at all costs.
