Ended up needing an all new unit, and that was installed promptly as well. I had a bit of a panic when it was cycling this summer, and left a message in the middle of the night, but they came out and looked at it for me the very next day! It turned out it was a faulty drier component (I believe it was called) from the old installation. Anyway, they handled my temporary induced craze very admirably, and stood by their work even if it ended up being something else. Even gave a follow up call to be sure I was happy. Would do business with again anytime.

Outstanding Service--Highly Recommend Abel!…read more I cannot say enough good things about Abel and the incredible job he did servicing my oil boiler! His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail are truly exceptional. Abel completely disassembled my boiler, replaced the interior lining, and thoroughly cleaned every part. I honestly don't think my boiler has ever been cleaned this well! He didn't just do a quick maintenance job--he took his time and made sure everything was done properly. What impressed me even more was his willingness to explain everything. He walked me through how the burner works, how the flame should look, the importance of proper flame positioning, and how to adjust the airflow for optimal combustion. He carefully fine-tuned everything and made sure I understood what he was doing and why. It's rare to find someone who not only knows his trade inside and out but also takes such pride in his work and genuinely wants his customers to understand their heating systems. Abel goes above and beyond! His workmanship, patience, and expertise are outstanding. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and truly cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend him. I couldn't be happier with the service!
