What do you do when the temperature makes it impossible for a home inspector to test an air conditioning system in a house? Well, that's not all that unusual when the house goes under contract in January. In this case, the closing is the end of this month so Reiner was called in to do a service and inspect on the system. The appointment was for 1 pm, the technician arrived at 1:08 pm. He got the job done in exactly in 1 hour and wrote a thorough, detailed description of what he had done and his findings. He was a really nice guy, used shoe covers when he went inside the house, and both cleaned and inspected the entire system. The only problem is that the invoice copy I received was a middle sheet from pressure sensitive paper and that wasn't good enough to scan or fax. So I called Reiner and spoke to Matea Morin who promised to email me a scanned copy when she came into the office the next morning as she wouldn't have the paperwork until then. Well lo and behold - it arrived from Matea at 8:15 this morning. This is truly outstanding service. I have been recommending this company for years. I have met homeowners who've used them for years. Frankly, I have never heard anyone complain about Reiner. When you call in Reiner or any other similar company, the 1st hour is always billed even if it takes 30 minutes. That's just the way it's done. But Reiner tries to fix before replacing and instead of the $850 cost someone else told the buyer the system would need, Reiner took care of everything for $240.75 including cleaning whatever it is that needed to be cleaned in the attic.
