I have cameras on the SW and on the NE corners of my backyard which I have reviewed and can find no indication of any type of confrontation so unless he can prove my yard surveillance video wrong, well you you can put two and two together. His resolution was for me to suck it up and never come back (paraphrased). Patronise at your and your pools risk.

They sell Thursday Pools- which is one of the top fiberglass pool manufactures. I told them all of the features I was looking for and they found the perfect pool for our family. The staff are all great to work with-Tara completely understands schedules and is very flexible. We had horrible weather during our install, but they managed to work through the challenges (both weather and our difficult job site). We still use them to open and close our pool. If we ever have a maintenance issue, they are out within a day or two, and often are able to walk us through the steps to fix it without a service call. They have integrity and are a great company to work with. I highly recommend them (and Thursday Pools)!

I had them replace my vinyl liner in the pool 2 years ago. There were wrinkles in the liner after…read moreinstallation. The liner slipped out during the winter when the cover was on. Prestige reattached the liner after telling me to empty the pool so they could fill back up. As it filled I called and that there were more wrinkles in the liner than before. I was told that they will straighten out after it fill with the pressure of the water. DID NOT HAPPEN. Again I called they said empty the pool again and they would straighten it out. I have more wrinkles in the liner than ever before. After filling the pool at my cost 3 times and then Prestige tried to charge for all the visit. I ended paying for most of it. They also tried to charge for added to the pool which they did not and I had video proof. I lost most of last summer swim time because of "Prestige" lousy workmanship. I never had a problem with the original liner which was installed by another company that has since closed. I would not be able to recommend this company for any kind of vinyl liner pool replacement. No one with any authority came to visualize my complaints.

Worst service ever!! Installers were totally incompetent. Pool was installed 3 years ago. Within…read moredays of installation we found a sharp object sticking up from the ground and into the liner. We contacted Watson's and they sent out a service technician. It was determined the sharp object was a rock and had punctured the liner. They patched the liner. Now 2 years later the patch has come off. Watson's refuses to fix stating their patches are only good for a year. They also stated the installer has since been terminated due to poor installations, yet Watson's will not acknowledge any responsibility. Beware, they will not stand behind their installations.

Upstairs was an entire new training area with plenty of room and some amazing speciality equiptment. I like the two cardio areas as one down stairs and one upstairs.

People sit on exercise…read moreequipment for extended periods of time playing on their phone so it's useless trying to use equipment I can't believe staff doesn't see this. Cardio area upstairs is a disappointment. Besides being old it doesn't work properly. Settings don't work on some. Members bring their small children and use upstairs equipment for their babysitting. This happens a lot on weekends. The kids run and jump on equipment. I've had to pause cardio several times so the kid wouldn't get hurt. I've seen the staff upstairs when this is happening and they do nothing. There are several rude manered gym members. I can't blame the staff for that but I'm tired of it all. This place is nothing like the pleasant environment I experienced 10 years ago. Never again. I wished I had asked for a one month trial membership. I would not have joined.
