When I called to complain, Corey, mgr, instead of addressing the issue, launched into a personal attack against me.  He went so far as to make up incidents which never happened, like yelling at his techs and throwing something at them. I have cameras on the SW and on the NE corners of my backyard which I have reviewed and can find no indication of any type of confrontation so unless he can prove my yard surveillance video wrong, well you you can put two and two together. His resolution was for me to suck it up and never come back (paraphrased). Patronise at your and your pools risk.

They sell Thursday Pools- which is one of the top fiberglass pool manufactures. I told them all of the features I was looking for and they found the perfect pool for our family. The staff are all great to work with-Tara completely understands schedules and is very flexible. We had horrible weather during our install, but they managed to work through the challenges (both weather and our difficult job site). We still use them to open and close our pool. If we ever have a maintenance issue, they are out within a day or two, and often are able to walk us through the steps to fix it without a service call. They have integrity and are a great company to work with. I highly recommend them (and Thursday Pools)!

We will never purchase a hot tub again from Watson's. When the salesman, Rob, tells you they will…read moredeliver it and hook it up to make sure it's working and wont leave the delivery site until, and the only thing we had to do was make sure our electrician had the pre wiring completed - this was an outright lie. The techs upon delivery even said Rob is notorious for this and to notify the corporate office in St Charles. My husband had to remove the outside panel, wire it, and move it to the correct location himself. Hours worth of work! There are other places out there that make the delivery and installation easier and stand by what they say. Rob offered us a couple hundred dollars in free gift cards and apologized for the "miscommunication". If you get the sales pitch of "we take care of everything" - they only take care of taking your money! Go elsewhere!

I drove from Arnold to O'Fallon to pick up a new wall while the installers wait. Once installed the hoses immediately cracked and we had to go buy new ones. We thought our troubles were behind us until we tried to open our pool this year. There is a hole in the liner and the motor basket is cracked. I have owned a pool prior to this for 20 years and have never had so many issues. Installation was horrible and products are cheap. They also can't get you scheduled for service in a decent time frame. Buyer beware! Go to Pool King or Just Pools. Quality and service are much better there

Upstairs was an entire new training area with plenty of room and some amazing speciality equiptment. I like the two cardio areas as one down stairs and one upstairs.

People sit on exercise…read moreequipment for extended periods of time playing on their phone so it's useless trying to use equipment I can't believe staff doesn't see this. Cardio area upstairs is a disappointment. Besides being old it doesn't work properly. Settings don't work on some. Members bring their small children and use upstairs equipment for their babysitting. This happens a lot on weekends. The kids run and jump on equipment. I've had to pause cardio several times so the kid wouldn't get hurt. I've seen the staff upstairs when this is happening and they do nothing. There are several rude manered gym members. I can't blame the staff for that but I'm tired of it all. This place is nothing like the pleasant environment I experienced 10 years ago. Never again. I wished I had asked for a one month trial membership. I would not have joined.
