I was disappointed that it was implied the item I was trying to exchange had been worn. It was never worn. The issue was that the garment was incorrectly sized. I also exchanged emails with a representative, only to later learn she handled online orders and had not fully addressed my concern. Today, I received a call from a salesperson not the manager informing me that the store would not exchange the incorrectly sized item because the tag was missing, despite my having the original receipt proving it was purchased at this store. As a longtime Theory customer, I find this experience disappointing and inconsistent with the level of service I have come to expect from the brand.

They have a variety of different style bags throughout the store as well as accessories, clothing and some men's. **They do have another location in a different area of just men's coach items. Usually everything in the store is the outlet price, unless they are having a special during the month with an extra percentage off. I noticed they also have new arrivals in store from coach itself that are full price and they don't fall under the percentage off discounts like everything does. It's the display right when you walk in, a little deceiving as you think the bags are outlet price and they aren't but now I know what to look forward to when the new season of bags drop in markdowns.

They had a fabulous sale going on where you buy two pairs of shoes with a red tag and get 20% off, or you buy three red tag pairs and save 30%! Better yet, it was also a win-win situation because using my American Express credit card I already receive $30 cashback after spending $150 or more. Heck, spending is not the hard part for me! I ended up leaving with three pairs of new shoes: an every day casual pair, an in between semi-casual pair, and some more formal leather shoes for a night out.
