I liked the plumber they sent out and they fixed the problem, but I probably wouldn't call this company again based on the following: * They never returned my initial call so I had to phone twice just to make an appointment * They changed my actual appointment 3 times * Ridiculously expensive. The plumber was there twice (once to check it out...and then came back with the part). He worked on it for a total of 30-45 minutes and charged me $418 (the part itself was $222). I always find plumbing jobs to be expensive, but this one was more than I've paid in the past. We also wanted a camera inspection of our sewer main line to confirm the stuff we are using to keep the roots out is working. Nick gave a ballpark cost over the phone for the bore scope inspection and after seeing the shower gave us a quote on that. The prices were all fai and he replaced the galvanized stuff with brass which won't rust. The bore scope inspection confirmed no roots in the line and he called me downstairs so I could watch it. In the midst of the search I had a leak in the line to the HVAC. I have always used Nick for plumbing issues but when he came over he told me he does remodeling and would do the handyman work I needed. He repaired a leak from the HVAC, pitched a sill stone, painted a bathroom and living room, installed drywall (tape, seal, paint) installed a room divider, installed a screen door and fixed a clogged drain in a bathroom sink. Our plumber, Tim was nothing but honest and straightforward, he noticed the pipe was also leaking and didn't pressure me into replacing it but said I should keep an eye on it... well, when he grabbed the pipe he pushed a hole into it with his hand.. yep it needed to be replaced. Tim did a great job and also looked at all the other pipes in our place. A few months later, we were switching to the single sink from a double sink and I called Sonrise Builders, Tim came out again and did an awesome job re-arranging the configuration and installing an air gap. Everything was done professionally and I would not hesitate to call again for any plumbing needs!
