At 5:45 PM, I texted Marlou online with the information; she said she would escalate the matter and have a manager call me immediately, but no one called. I called the service number four more times, receiving the same response each time: "We will have someone call immediately." Yet, no calls ever came. On 11/29, I emailed about their lack of service and still received no response from the owner or management. Ultimately, I had to fix the gas stove leak myself. Do not call this company for any type of repair.
