Wilson Farm is the quintessential family-friendly farm and market for anyone trying to get into the fall spirit. Seriously, I could happily spend hours here perusing produce and pre-made food (although my wallet might hate me!) I lucked out with parking and was easily able to find a spot right near the entrance. There were several booths with free samples right at the front of the store, and when combined with the smell of apple cider donuts being made, I knew we made the right call. I have never seen such a large variety of goods. Anything from baked goods to sauces and premade meals filled the inside of the store. I was so impressed by all they had to offer, in and outdoors. In terms of purchases I got their apple cider donuts (duh), potato salad, chicken pot pies, spicy soy sauce, house made pesto, and fresh gnocchi. Everything so far has been spectacular! When it actually starts to feel like fall I am gonna go back to buy their soups. They looked unreal!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE WILSON'S FARM!!! I've been coming here ever since I was a kid and it never disappoints. Beware, in September/October you will stand in the parking lot and want to rage - it is so packed. But it is so worth it. I can't ever come here without spending less than $150. I love everything from the fresh cider to the cheese to the deli meats. Everything is so fresh and tasty and I can't get enough of it. I love you, Wilson. Please marry me.

We participated in a class in their greenhouse today- baby goat yoga. Don't miss this paid/ticketed event next year- they usually have 2 days of classes - a few classes on a Sat in July and repeated on a Sat in August. Baby goats come from Chip In Farm- they also have baby goat yoga classes. Grabbed some peaches, strawberries, tomatoes and watermelon from the market- everything is very fresh!

Charming local market known for its fresh produce, baked goods, and seasonal events. The farmstand is beautifully maintained and offers a great variety year-round. It can get crowded on weekends, but the quality makes it worth the visit. Get their carmel apples!

I've been to Lexington numerous times but had never heard about Wilson Farm until recently. I guess the social media ads worked. Went on a Saturday around 11am. Took about 10 minutes to park as there was a line of cars waiting to park. It's kind of strange to see a sprawling farm right in the middle of a suburb so close to Boston. The place was packed and there was a long line for the donuts but it moved pretty quickly. There's a massive store that sells a variety of products. The produce looked super fresh. Unfortunately it wasn't organic. And prices seemed reasonable. The giant pumpkin display was very cool to see in person. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. Oh yeah, the donuts were pretty good!

This place has gone viral on Instagram and Tiktok and it shows. As it was, traffic and parking was always tricky at Wilson Farm since it's right off the side of a street and there's really only 2 small lots. Now that it's popping off online as "things to do in Boston in the fall", the crowds were doubled and maybe even tripled. We were in a straight line of cars for 10 minutes and eventually ended up in one of their small parking lots. Thankfully people seem to be coming and going so we happened to grab a spot but it was a zoo in the lot! They have a stunning picture-perfect pumpkin wall that has made its debut online. Folks are stopping to take pics, posing in front of it, filming videos of it, etc. It really will put you in the fall mood! Like usual, they have the great farm stand/market inside filled with local produce and items to purchase. I'd like to go back and try one of their pre-made meals but the lines were a little chaotic when I went so we didn't want to wait. Happy fall!

I thought it was just a farm but it turned out to be a full blow grocery store the produce was top notch with white peaches, peaches and apples. I just listed a couple that came to mind but they have everything. The fields are up in back. The meat is limited but they have a meat department with chicken liver. I consider chicken liver to be more of a specialty item but they had them. I had heard about their fruit and vegetables and I was not disappointed. Their prices were steep despite everything was homegrown. They have plenty of cash registers to handle the summer crowds. They have a large parking lot so that was not an issue. I read it was sometimes an issue but on my visit, I found a spot. I signed up on the web for their news letter because they are constantly having events. I would recommend by bring credit card.

Wilson farm is awesome and has tons of produce, food and plants. They have really cool decor for the fall and of course have apple cider, caramel apples and apple cider donuts! Their food is delicious and reasonably priced. There are not activities to do (at least right now) like some other farms around. but, it is definitely worth a trip! On the weekends there is a pretty long line for the parking lot. It is a decent sized parking lot however so the line moves quicker than expected!

Food service and purchases were great. The variety of fresh veggies is great! Picked up scones- would definitely return.

Instead, they try to get you to spend more on their other items... but it's just to prevent one person from picking all their berries, sure. I won't fault a small business for how they choose to charge and make their money, but I certainly wont be coming back, nor do I recommend this place to others who want anything *close* to a fair price. Also, there's limited parking and the road to get into the farm is so narrow it feels one-way, which isn't pleasant. The staff seemed friendly enough, outside of insisting on these terrible rules.

From Boston, it's a scenic drive out to Stow. I couldn't stop gushing over the foliage on the way there - I've turned into a total leaf peeper. Carver Hill is absolutely stunning in the fall, definitely worth a trip. Pleasantly surprised to find the lot half-empty when we arrived on the later side of a Saturday but then it filled up by the time we left around 3. To your right, as soon as you drive in, you'll see an area with pumpkins and the farm store - this is also where you get PYO fruit/veggies if you're paying with credit. If you have cash on hand, you can pay for a bag at the little stand right in front of the orchard. A peck (the smaller bag) was $25. I was a little skeptical at the size but it's a good deal if you really pack your apples in there. From there, the apple orchard. Not the biggest I've been to and the selection was understandably limited. We missed the sign to download the QR code for a map of the orchard and so had to rely on a photo of a thin pole with all the names/colors wrapped around it. Don't forget to stop at the store before you leave. I grabbed some pumpkin pie, jam, and an apple cider donut - they also have apple cider slushies and multiple flavors of ice cream. The donut was THE BEST, made fresh, almost falling apart, thick and generous coating of cinnamon and sugar (also tasted nutmeg and allspice in the coating). Absolutely worth waiting in the line for, but make sure to pay first and get a little yellow receipt/tag from the register before you get in line for the donuts.

This is not my first time blueberry picking, so I know what to look for and how to pick berries. The area is fairly short - meaning the netting to keep the birds out is very low. If you're tall, you're going to be dragging the netting through your hair or killing your back from crouching. Bushes are not trimmed and maintained well. However, the height of the berries are perfect for children to be able to pick their own. After crouching for a while and leaving with 4 lbs of berries, we were happy with our haul. However, after coming home and washing them to prepare for storage and eating, the nightmare began. Nearly all the berries have small white bugs on them. No biggie, fairly easy to wash and scrub. However, when worms and grubs starting to come out of the berries, I knew that this was not a great picking place. Their blueberries looked great, but clearly they're dealing with bug issues that will kill their crops and customer base. Wasted money down the drain, but better than eating bug infested fruits. It's a bummer as I've picked fruits at their Tyngsboro location with no issues. But I'd steer clear on this location and drive further to go up to Tyngsboro.

That was very obvious when we pulled in and asked where to drive/park. The Terriers were very willing to help, though their human gave us better directions. Today, strawberries were available both pre-picked and pick-your-own. We opted for the latter, and we picked 4 quarts in less than half an hour - not bad when you consider it is still a little early in the season, and we had to navigate through some slightly soggy spots from last night's tropical storm. The final cost was roughly $4 per quart - a great deal for farm-fresh strawberries. Later in the year they will have blueberries, tomatoes, corn and pumpkins, and a corn maze in the fall. Reasons to keep coming back! Oh, and be very careful driving out back. We had to also deal with a lovesick rooster who was doing his own version of pick-your-own with various pursued hens, none of whom understood the concept of moving cars.
